The staff was incredibly kind and hospitable. The location is perfect because it is close to the strain station and within 20 minutes of all the sites you want to see.

The hotel was pristine clean and the staff were beyond courteous. It is vert very central location. The only thing I can complain was wifi connection was a little slower than average. Other than that everything is excellent here. They have amazing breakfast, fabric table clothes on the tables. You feel like you are in a five star hotel.

A estadia foi ótima no City Hotel. Equipe super atenciosa e preparada de recepcionistas, entre outros funcionários. Recepção funciona 24h por dia, nos deram dicas de passeios e de restaurantes, além de auxiliar em tudo que foi necessário. Um ótimo inglês para comunicação, e até entendiam um pouco de português. O hotel é clássico, com uma bela decoração e está muito bem conservado, além de o quarto ser bem amplo e aconchegante, banheiro com chuveiro potente e água aquecida na medida certa. Além de a localização ser ótima, muito próximo da estação de trem de Florença, e também próximo ao centro histórico. Com certeza retornaremos em nossa próxima visita a Florença. Recomendado fortemente!

The hotel was fantastic! It is 5mins from the train by walking and close to the center and a ton of shops and food spots. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful! Our room was great, very clean, stocked with extra bedding and a mini fridge. Great place and would recommend and go back.
