Rien à dire, tout est parfait : personnel souriant et à l'écoute, chambre propre comme neuve avec une bonne litterie, salle de bain très propre avec une douche spacieuse, petit déjeuner très bon avec du choix. L'emplacement est top, 10 mn à pied du départ des navettes pour les 5 terres et du centre ville.

Nice staff, inconvenient to train station. Parking rate is considered a bit above average, $20 for less than one day(from your arrival to 11am only, need pay extra if you park later than 11am)

El hotel es perfecto, muy cómodo y para lo que lo necesitas es excelente. Los muebles son nuevos, parece que está renovado todo porque todo olía a nuevo (excelente) No le batallas en absoluto para moverte en los urbanitos y te deja en los trenes que te llevan al parque Cinque Terre. Lo malo: cobran las bebidas del frigobar Sólo hay un bote de basura No hay lugar donde tender ropa húmeda o mojada para secarse

The property was clean, staff was extremely helpful when we needed information about ferry and bus service. Ferry to Cinque Terre is walking distance along with several bus stops to the train station. Around the corner is a handful of restaurants and cafes. A small market is close by. Hotel had a nice breakfast with light fare that included eggs, bacon, yogurt, and breads. We were pleased with our short stay. Con-there is no elevator if you have large luggage.

God værdi for pengene! Lå ca 35 min gang til togstationen. Mulighed for at køre i bus (til bl a banegården) lige uden for hotellet (1,5€). Meget hjælpsom receptionist. Super daglig rengøring! Fin morgenbuffet.

The hotel in close proximity to both La Spezia Centrale and the port, and the staff are extremely kind, helpful , and generous. The rooms are simple , nothing too impressive but it’s excellent value. The breakfast service is very old fashioned and pleasant. Would 100% stay again

Cet hôtel de centre ville est plutôt confortable, le personnel accueillant et disponible. Tout est très bien entretenu. Seul inconvénient, il n'y a qu'un escalier pour monter aux chambres ce qui peut limiter l'accès pour certaines personnes. L'hôtel possède un grand garage ce qui est indispensable dans ce quartier. Il est à proximité des arrêts de bus (ligne 3 pour la gare et ligne P pour Portovenere) et l'hôtel vend les tickets ce qui est bien pratique (au prix officiel)

We enjoyed our stay. We chose this property because it was about 20 min walk from where we had to drop our car at Hertz, 20 min walk from the train to Cinque Terre, and about a 5 minute walk from where we had a scooter rented (walk to the Esso gas station and you will see the scooters you can rent). Staff was very polite and helpful in pointing us in the direction of the public transportation. They also alloys to leave our luggage with them after checking out so we could go to see the last couple areas of Cinque Terre. Great a/c in the room. The only negative was the blowdryer in the room. It resembled a vacuum hose and really needs to be swapped out and updated.

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good and everything was cleaned like youd expect. Will stay here again if we ever go back to la spezia
