O lugar é como nas fotos, uma hospedagem simples, mas com limpeza ok, cama confortável, tinha ar condicionado mas não precisei. Recepção 24 horas, precisei chegar tarde e fui atendido. Pelas avaliações que vi aqui imaginei algo terrível, e achei exagerado, é um lugar simples, hospedagem econômica pra dormir, fui bem atendido, localização boa pra caminhar e conhecer a cidade.

We arrived at half 11 at night to be greeted by the owner. Lovely person. Hotel our room was clean tidy every day. Fresh towels. Bad point about hotel.. 1. Room needs a little updating. Bedding was in a tired state. Curtains was not v good. And the top of the curtains was hanging off. 2. Snack options. 3. More drink option in the reception fridge. Would I stay here again....? Yes. As it's a minute walk from the metro. Plenty of bars and restaurants in and around. Quiet.

We chose the Hotel Del Sud as it was a decent price relatively close to the city centre. Transport-wise you only had to cross the road outside and go down to the Metro (train station) which would take you pretty much anywhere within reason which was really easy! We found a 72 hour Metro pass for the area was €15 so that sorted us for the stay. The staff at the hotel were really nice and we never had any bother. If you head down the road there is a 24/7 supermarket if you ever needed anything, a McDonalds across the road and a few different restaurants in the area. All round it was cheap and cheerful which satisfied us going on a short break to Milan - we would go again if we returned.

Отличное местоположение, в 100 метрах метро, много баров и ресторанов в округе. Всем, кто пишет негативные отзывы, тот хочет за дешево получить 5 звезд отеля, такого не бывает. Мы выбирали отель в центре и только переночевать, это отличный вариант. Лифт в отеле работал, рядом супермаркет 24 часа. Мы рекомендуем

After reading some awful reviews on application, my friend and i were initially a little apprehensive. However, it was a decent choice for lodging in melbourne. Not just for its cost, but also for its location near the metro. These individuals are either really unlucky or simply exaggerating. The personnel were really kind and welcoming, and we had a spotlessly clean room with spotless beds and a spotless bathroom. The personnel was more than pleased to lend us a hairdryer because we needed one. Although it isnt by the standards of a fivestar hotel, it has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The loud talking in the corridor in the morning, which irritated me a little bit. Apart from that, i would gladly return to this hotel when i visit it in milan.
