Comfortable rooms. Delightful breakfast .. croissants and cappuccino were a hit. Great location. Walkable to trevi, colosseum and Spanish steps. Staff were friendly. They helped us find a cab last minute.

We loved the room. We had 3 beds and it was perfect. The little breakfast cart is so fun and delicious too. We had a great stay and would recommend this place to other families.

This was the best place we stayed in our 2 week journey, but unfortunately, we were only there for one night. And we left so early that we couldn't even enjoy the included breakfast, though it smelled heavenly as we ran out to the train station. (Which is less than a 10 minute walk, by the way.) There were four of us, and they had us set up when we arrived. The gentleman who checked us in was so kind! And don't be scared when you first arrive and see the spiral staircase: there is an elevator to the 4th floor! AC and wifi both worked great, and the beds were SO comfy. I will definitely look at another stay at Donna Francesca when we return to Rome. On a side note: there is an incredible Chinese restaurant just a few steps away, in case you're ready for something aside from pasta and pizza after 2 weeks. Zomwa, also listed as China Garden. Give them a try if you're up for it. The food and service were both amazing.

My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights before heading to Civitavecchia for our cruise. The hotel is in a great central location and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The only minor downside was some construction noise from the building next door during the morning hours. However, the evenings and nights were quiet, allowing us to rest comfortably. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on a future visit to Rome.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights as we visited Rome.. the hotel is was clean and easy walking distance to all touristic locations. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definetely stay again !!!

This lovely small hotel is located in a quiet, safe and convenient area in Rome. They were able to arrange vans for four of us, from the cruise dock to the hotel and then to the Michael Angelo Airport the next day. From the entrance of the stately building, there is a small elevator up to the 4th floor, where their rooms are located. Very tall ceilings and comfortable furnishings, with a well-equipped and clean bathrooms, made our stay enjoyable. Since we had to leave early for the airport, we were given yogurt, cake, and juice when we checked in, to keep in the refrigerator for the following morning. There was a modest coffee maker in the room. The area has many restaurants within walking distance and several points of interest in the area. Karen was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage as we checked in. We were very happy that we had booked this property!

Lots of food options nearby. Front of the property is like a police building. Feels safe. Walking distance to Roma Termini. Close to the bus station or metro. Clean property. Staff were all amazing and answered all our questions. Walking distance to self serve laundry facility. Breakfast was amazing and presentation was very appealing. They let us store our luggage, for free, for couple of hours to go on a skip the line tour. There is an elevator in the building. Will def recommend and will stay here again next time we visit.

Very clean and well maintained. Convenience of breakfast being brought to the room was unbeatable. Loved having a small kitchen and made use of the refrigerator during our stay. Perfect for a small family or a group of friends.

Such a wonderful spot! They were so accommodating for our late checkout, and made check-in and check-out such a breeze! We also loved the location for how easy it was to do our normal walking adventures around beautiful Rome!

We had a very short stay (just one night on our way out of Italy), but it was a beautiful hotel and room. Great facilities. It was very walkable to the major sites and we really appreciated the staff member who checked us in! He was kind and gave us all the helpful information we needed.
