We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Angela. She is truly one of the most kind, welcoming, and service-minded hosts we have ever met. From the moment we arrived, she took exceptional care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and sharing many great local tips that made our trip even more special. The rooms were spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. And the breakfast, enjoyed while overlooking the breathtaking view, was simply unforgettable. Waking up to such a magical setting every morning was a highlight of our stay. This accommodation is truly fantastic in every way, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be coming back and look forward to staying here again in the future. Where do I begin? I took my wife here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking views overlooking Lake Lugano made every moment of our stay feel special. We truly loved every second of it. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. Their hospitality felt genuine and heartfelt rather than forced. Even team members who didn’t speak English well made a sincere effort to answer our questions and ensure we felt welcome. A special shout-out goes to the restaurant manager, Firas. He is a genuinely warm and hospitable person who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. I’d also like to thank the wonderful lady (did not grab her name, afternoon shift) at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge, relax, and immerse themselves in beautiful natural

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel et son cadre dépaysant. Situé dans les hauteurs et avec une vue dominante sur le lac Lugano, il est très simple de se sentir à l'écart de tout et de profiter de magnifique couchers de soleil. Le personnel est accueillant, sympathique et serviable, les plats proposés sont corrects ainsi que les tarifs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour toute personnes souhaitant s'offrir un cadre de relaxation tout en étant à quelques minutes des commodités.

Beautiful hotel and amazing view. Out of this world. Follow the advice on which streets to take up, we drove up the very adventurous and narrow road up, wouldn’t recommend for the faint of heart (especially with a big car). But in the end totally worth it. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the pizza was amazing and the breakfast was typically Italian. Don’t expect a German or American type of breakfast. Everything was tasty and fresh. You will not be disappointed, for the views alone. I would definitely come again if I’m in the area. 10/10
