Hotellet ligger perfekt til med noen hundre meter til stranden, restaurant gate og shopping. Fantastisk service. Vi hadde ikke bestilt parkering, det må gjøres for å få plass, parkeringshus rett i nærheten så ingen problem egentlig. Stort rom, gode senger og bad. Vi spiste ikke frokost på hotellet, mange kaféer i umiddelbar nærhet.

Il personale è cordiale e cortese così come i titolari. Si sono presi cura dei miei genitori anziani con pazienza e gentilezza facendoli sentire come a casa. Può sembrare una banalità ma non è una cosa così scontata al giorno d'oggi. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutti: non mancheremo di consigliare il vostro albergo ad amici e parenti.

Siamo arrivate al mattino, prima dell'orario di consegna della camera, il personale ci ha accolto in modo molto cordiale tenendo in custodia i bagagli fino alla consegna della camera. Ospitalità ottima, camera accogliente, grande e pulita. Anche i cuscini nel letto sono comodi!! La colazione è abbondante. L'ambiente è accogliente ed estremamente silenzioso. Ci ritorneremmo subito!!

... direkt im Zentrum, reservierte Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Hotel ist echt super ! Kostet zwar etwas - das ist es aber allemal Wert !!! Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig auf einer schönen Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder !Zimmer sind sehr sauber & das Personal sehr nett.

very central handy for the beach 500yrds or so . designer shops etc just round the corner. san remo old town 10mins walk. buffet breakfast basic but ok. no bar facilities with beer or spirits but restaurant always full had to local bars for drinks would have been better if hotel owners and staff could have spoken a little more English we would be happy to return there

This is not a threestar hotel, in my opinion. It is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel because it is located in the city center next to the main shopping street and near the port and railway station. The photos of the rooms are the same. Our room wasnt exactly as described, and the interior was different from what was visible in the photographs. The room was small, unrenovated, and loud. The bathroom had a tiny shower cabin without a soap stand and no hanger for longer towels. When hanging your clothing inside, the wardrobe was so small that it was impossible to close. We stayed at this hotel for a week, and neither the towels nor the linens were changed. Not even once! The accommodation was not particularly spotless either. The food was awful. They only serve croissants and cakes for breakfast and pasta every time we meet for dinner. No fresh fruit or vegetables, and no choice to order something else. I cant even describe how much coffee so-called is! Like water you get after cleaning your coffee maker. We were traveling with a group, and the staff was treating each of us as if we were in a camp rather than as hotel guests. We were compelled to eat dinner all together instead of having coffee from the coffee maker. We felt like camp, but we didnt feel like guests of the hotel. In any other hotel in Italy or elsewhere

My family and I have been going to this hotel for years, and they have so much kindness there. It serves delicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The proprietors, whom they have named, are quite nice too, namely, Lords, Paolo, and Salvador. The location is also the best in San Memo. I strongly suggest this hotel for this reason.
