We highly recommend this apartment. It is spacious, fully equipped and at a great location (just 3 minutes walk from San Marco). Before booking this place we were hesitant because key pick up is at another location, but it was only a short 7 minute walk and we received clear walking directions. The owners were extremely kind and helpful and gave us ample tips for dining options outside of the touristy areas. They responded very quickly to any questions / requests we had. We hope to return soon.

Perfect location, 1-2 mins off the boat taxi stop. The higher part of town so even staying during the worst flood in 50 years, this was the best area of town to be in. Some restaurants nearby stayed open and all the rooms are off the ground level so we stayed dry. The staff was very friendly. During the flood they let us borrow rainboots for no charge

Seemed like a more traditional hotel. Comfortable and large room. Views were just of other neighboring buildings, not waterway as in picture. Staff and owners were helpful and nice. We enjoyed our stay. Great for the price. Easy to get to water taxi, food and shopping.
