It was a good stay in a historical town. Only thing was the room I was given had a double bed that was made up of 2 single beds so I couldn’t sleep in the middle as I was by myself. Staff were really helpful n friendly. There was also a pretty good restaurant in the hotel which has won many Michelin gourmand for many years.

It’s nicer than the pictures are conveying. Front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. On-site restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

Super location. Brilliant to have parking opposite the hotel. Good shower and bedding. Recommend warmly. The reception is very helpful. We ate there one night. It was adequate. Not the best Aperol Spritz we’ve had.

Excellent location in Ragusa Ibla by the botanical park and a short walk to the Duomo. The breakfast buffet selection of items was quite large and was one of the better ones on our trip thru Sicily. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable enough. I give it high marks for cleanliness. Some of the previous reviews mentioned poor Wi-FI, but I found it to be quite good.

We were looking for somewhere from which to explore this region of Sicily and settled on Ragusa which thankfully is not overly touristy, and the area of Ibla could not have better suited our needs. The hotel is in a quiet area, and is comfortable and friendly, with a superb choice for breakfast, certainly enough upon which to set off on a long walk in the gorgeous countryside. There is a bus nearby that takes one to the train and bus stations although they are not quite as frequent as one would like. This said, the quiet of the area is what one appreciates. Also Ragusa, particularly the upper part, is terrific for cuisine. Try Trattoria del Lupo.

A very modern and comfortable hotel right in downtown Ragusa. Couldn't be better located. Excellent and helpful staff. Great shower and bathroom with lots of shelving and hooks. Wish all hotels would understand that women especially, need shelves to put their cosmetics et al, on. Great and luxurious in this hotel.

Ottimo hotel a poche decine di metri dal centro di Ragusa Ibla. Il che non è da sottovalutare visto che si parla di uno stupendo centro storico ormai quasi completamente precluso alle auto (l'hotel dista dal Duomo soltanto qualche minuto di rilassante passeggiata). Da non tralasciare il fatto che il tanto temuto parcheggio della propria auto non costituisce un problema in quanto l'hotel rilascia un fantastico pass per posteggiare tranquillamente ed in piena regola! Le struttura è molto carina, con un bel cortile interno con tavolini, sedie ed ombrelloni dove potersi rilassare. Le camere sono accoglienti, silenziose, pulite e ben accessoriate. La colazione buona ed abbondante unita alla estrema cortesia e gentilezza del personale ne fanno un posto assolutamente da consigliare con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
