The hotel was very close to the train station. Staff were great at arranging transport to the cruise terminal.

Hotel is a very short walk from Ravenna train station. Staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable, although a bit dated. We took advantage of the free cruise shuttle. Comfortable smooth and timely ride. Thank you so much! Breakfast was small but tasty, especially the daily cakes! We would stay again if in Ravenna for a cruise departure or to visit the Dante corridor.

This property exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean and a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the shuttle to the cruise port was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to train station Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is a little dated but rooms were spacious, clean and perfect for our one night stay.

Check in was quick and easy and the host was very friendly. We took lift up to second floor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Buffest breakfast was very good, the service was perfect and the coffee was excellent. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the railway station and 7 or 8 minutes from tbe town centre. Highly recommended.

Very conveniently located just a short walk from the Ravenna train station. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Big bonus for cruisers as the hotel provides a free shuttle to the cruise port (which is actually quite far away).

My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. Many thanks to Tommaso who drove the shuttle to take us and other hotel guests from the hotel to the cruise port!

Hotel muito bem cuidado, a uma curta distância da Estação Central de Ravenna, cerca de 200 metros. Atenendimento muito amigável e com ótimas dicas de o que fazer e onde comer. Fica também a uma curta caminhada do centro histórico de Ravenna. Prestam também um ótimo serviço gratuito de transfer do Hotel para o Porto de Ravenna. Muito obrigado Tomazzo e demais colaboradores.
