Arrivati alla reception e fatto check in veloce. Molto gentili e simpatici. Camera molto pulita e ben arredata. Nota un po' negativa il letto non comodissimo e la vista con ferrovia vicina (per fortuna non si sentivano i treni). Parcheggio comodo e ampio. Colazione nella media. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Ci tornerò. Posto molto strategico per spostamenti nelle varie città e paesi da visitare.

Although it doesn't really inspire you to arrive because it is stifled by a busy highway, a busy road, and a railroad line, we only heard the occasional train that seemed to stop at night. However, I'd request a room away from the traffic that faces the lake. Lake view is absent. Lovely garden and pool area. There is a small grocery store 500 meters away. Good food. The room is very compact. clean and tidy. When you go to dinner, do not leave the windows open, because when our neighbors next door returned from the restaurant, they were swarmed by mosquitoes because they had forgotten to remove the insect screen and left the light on. They had to sprayed the room, and then vacuuming up the thousands of bugs from the carpets, beds, and clothes. Large rustic restaurant with a terrace outside. Kind employees.

This hotel reminds me of the type of hotels along the road 30 years ago that have this style of old-fashioned motels. Free parking, good wifi, clean and good-sized swimming pool, make this place a great opportunity to explore the lake Travenimeno. The rooms are clean and have balconies, need a bit of refreshment, but with all the facilities you need from minibar to ac. Breakfast is quite good, so good value for money in the high season. Thank you.

If I stayed here again, this is the best choice, as you can explore the area without stopping at Passignano. Despite the fact that the lake is farther than you might believe, the balcony offers a splendid view. The transportation to Peruvian passes behind it in front of the hotel, while the railway runs in front of the hotel, and the La Arena served as a good starting point for our trip to Tuscany and Maria. The cuisine was simple, and the hotel staff was quite friendly. Taking insect repellent, sticks, and anything else would keep you safe is advised.

What a fantastic location to stay and appreciate the cultural and historical villages in the area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with an elevator that goes to all floors. Excellent restaurant serving excellent food and wine at very reasonable prices for the area where it is situated. There is a swimming pool and rooftop solarium if you just want to relax. On the gorgeous lake Trasimeno, you can reach the ancient towns of Passignano, Toro, and Engellieano. Just a great place to stay, I will definitely return.
