Nice clean and not overly pretentious. The staff is really kind and helpful. The location is in the middle of San Benedetto. Breakfast is average and probably high season is a bit expensive considering the standard but overall a good experience.

We met before. The employees were very kind and friendly. Always ready to accommodate your needs. The room was really clean and they were kind enough to leave a pleasant surprise in your room if you appreciate them. The place should be a safe place to park your car at times. Ill be back!

Overall, the hotel was nice, but if you're touring, I would only stay for one day. First of June 2016, they were exceptionally friendly. Our modest balcony had a side view of the water, and it was quite large, spotless, and tranquil room with a side view of the sea. Although the hotel is nice, I would stay for one day. Most shops close around 130 and don't reopen until 330 pm. Some restaurants will be open from noon to 200 pm and reopen from 730 to 800 p.m. So if you prefer to eat earlier, it can be an issue. Both the coffee and the brunch were excellent. Also, it appears that the hotel staff does not actively promote information on what to see in their own town. They leave it up to you to figure things out with the very poor tourist map that was offered free after we asked for one. We had a later train to catch and asked if they could hold our luggage for a few hours, which they were pleased to do.

What a beautiful, friendly location, just a short walk across the street. The breakfast spread is fantastic! Don't miss it, this place is a treasure! The owner and staff are first-rate. They make you feel like family. If you want a beautiful, comfortable, delicious, and friendly hotel, you know where to go.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was very clean too. Breakfast was perfect for me with cereal, fruit, yogurt, and lots of sweet fare. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The He lungomare is great for walking or running. No sea view as far as I know, but the beach is right outside your door so thats not a problem. The hotel is also located next to a public park and is also a short walk from the town center. I would without hesitation recommend La palazzina for a few days in Set.
