The rooms were fantastic, staff very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Dinner downstairs at the restaurant was definitely a highlight. The waiters were very attentive and food was so tasty. This Hotel was close to bus and easy to get around. Would love to go back.

The location is perfect for all the places we wanted to visit. Our room is clean and big enough for a family of 4. The breakfast spread has very good variety of food. All the staff are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at La Residenza Hotel for 3 nights and it was excellent! Central location within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and close to the subway to take you quickly and easily to the Vatican, etc. Free breakfast included with lots of great options - delicious! Front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful (ie. provided a map of Rome, directions on how to get to points of interest easily and called reputable taxi companies that arrived within minutes). Our air conditioned room (107) was spacious, clean and comfortable and had a beautiful private balcony/terrace with a table and chairs. The bed was a VERY large king (2x double) and there’s a wardrobe, long sitting couch, tv, safe, and a small fridge on the wall to cool bottles of water or sodas. There is also a restaurant onsite with a very nice ambiance, but we did find the food is hit or miss and a bit pricey. Many excellent restaurants within a block of the hotel that are better quality Italian food and better prices. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time. Overall, I would highly recommend La Residenza. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely small. clean, friendly hotel with helpful staff. Situated in a leafy, quiet part of Rome not far from many embassies. A 10 minute walk takes you to the Spanish Steps and a little longer takes you to the Trevi Fountain. Breakfast is plentiful and beautifully laid out. The restaurant serves excellent food and is reasonably priced - for Rome! Slight downside - the bar was closed by 9.00pm on Wednesday evening when we arrived so we couldn't get coffee or drinks at the hotel. This could have been a one off as the bar was open for the remaining 5 days of our stay.

My sister and I travelled to Rome together and stayed at La Residenza. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, good closets with drawers and excellent blackout windows. The bathroom was modern and very large with a good shower with rain head as well as spray. The sheets were of high quality and we had good pillows and nice wool blankets to add to the bed. The lobby is a bit out-dated and could use some sprucing up. The breakfast room is very nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious. There is a restaurant in the hotel with a nice outdoor heated and covered space. We ate two dinners there. The food was good. The decor could be so much better. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is an excellent choice for travelers to Rome. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the breakfast room and at front desk were very helpful. I would stay here again. The location is great near subway restaurants and shops. My only caution is the restaurant service is very very slow. The food was excellent but took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive! It was good but just too slow.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast choices were excellent with a variation of pastries, fruit, yoghurts and specialty coffees. Location was very close to all interests in Rome. Walking to various sites was quite easy.

For my 1st time in Italy may stay was wonderful here. Front desk Vincent was great. Informative and very professional. Breakfast was excellent they greated you and was so welcoming. Great fresh and clean.

Vincenzo the hotel manager made our stay truly special. He helped us plan our days with excellent advice on visiting all the wonderful sites in Rome. Yodit the evening manager was charming, helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast experience was excellent and offered a great selection. Dorothy welcomed us to the dining room every morning with delicious cappuccinos. The location is close to many attractions and shopping while offering a peaceful quiet environment. We would definitely return when in Rome.
