Quarto grande, bem equipado, cama confortável, roupa de cama e banho limpas e ar condicionado eficiente. Equipe profissional simpática e prestativa. Café da manhã dentro do padrão italiano, nada de especial. Localização excelente, do outro lado do Termini, supermercado e farmácia. Elevador pequeno para acessar os andares mais altos, mas para acessar a portaria há degraus, dificultando para quem tem problemas de mobilidade e transporte de bagagem grande. Bom custo/beneficio.

Very polite helpful staff from front desk to eating area. Very clean room and all areas . Breakfast was well presented and variety of options offered as were the drinks (juices, milks, coffees). Air conditioning worked well throughout the day and evening. Excellent location as well.

Room was clean and the staff allowed us to check in an hour early since our flight arrived sooner than expected. The hotel is located directly across from the train station, which was very convenient for us to catch our train to the airport for a very early flight. The room was also beautifully decorated and provided a fair amount of space for us to unpack and reorganize our bags before flying out.

The rain shower shower head was sooooo nice. AC was great and perfect bed. It was so comfy. The price was so cheap and it was literally across the street from the metro and train stations. It was a dream!

The hotel was old-school, so had a regular key for the door instead of the electronic key card which I kind of liked as it added to the style of the place. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure you had a good stay that was very much appreciated.

The service was amazing. The breakfast was pleasant, very friendly staff, the only thing I’ll recommend is ensure to add a flat iron in the room for single bed, other than that my experience was great.

We enjoyed our stay. A 3-4 minute walk from the train station and easy to locate. Many good cafes just outside on the street.
