Marcella and the whole team at the hotel were sensational from start to finish. First time I felt truly welcomed in a hotel over the last 5 years. Breakfast, pool, bar, reception, even the cleaning crew… everyone had a smile and a positive attitude.

Many call themselves luxury hotels but this one truly is. The staff anticipate your needs and have small luxurious details that make your stay feel special. In short, you are treated like royalty. The hotel itself feels like a royals Mediterranean villa. The roof top bar romantically overlooks Mount Vesuvius and the sea. It has a gorgeous spa and collaborative beach club. This hotel delivered an indulgent experience.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect—as are the breakfasts and the cleanliness—but above all, I recommend it for the staff; they are incredibly friendly and provide high-quality service. Staying there was a dream, and they exceeded my expectations—from the breakfasts right by the sea to their assistance with booking reservations for Capri and other destinations. Honestly, I would give them even more than 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 stars is not enough to describe this hotel. The beach club, restaurants, pool, spa, and bars were superb. Turn down service nightly. Shuttle to shopping and port. Elevator to the beach club. The views are another world. The room was so beautiful and relaxing. Every single person from the moment I arrived until I left were so kind and made me feel like I was family. I wish I had stayed longer.

Expérience absolument magnifique du début à la fin ! Tout était parfait. Les installations sont superbes, très propres et extrêmement bien entretenues. Le personnel était chaleureux, attentionné et toujours disponible. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de grande qualité. Nous avons adoré chaque moment de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel et nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

What can I say! An absolute delightful place to stay, probably the best hotel i've ever stayed at. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone was super friendly and the room views were stunning. The facilities were 10/10 from the breakfast,pool,rooftop bar, Spa and the list goes on. Only a 5 minute shuttle to Sorrento so plenty to do and not too far from Postiano and Amalfi if you prefer to check those places out. Would highly reccomend anyone travelling nearby!

We spent 3 nights here in the middle of our honeymoon trip. What an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, the food and bars were amazing, and the pool area had plenty of space. We used the hotel shuttle almost every day, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay at Hotel Mediterraneo was beyond spectacular. We had a large family room, which was perfect for our family of 5, spacious and well designed. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi area, and we found it was a perfect place to relax and have a spritz in the sun after long days of sightseeing in Sorrento. While not in the city center, we took advantage of the convenient shuttle and found it to be a pleasant walk. We preferred our location to being in the busier center of town. The included breakfast was incredible, both the food and the views. But it was the staff that really made our stay truly special - the entire concierge team was warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast and pool staff were friendly and accommodating. I would give this hotel ten stars if I could. Especially traveling with 3 young children, we never felt they were a bother or a disruption - they were treated with the utmost kindness. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. We will certainly be back!

We just had a fantastic three night stay here. On arrival, the reception team were very welcoming; they sat us down to check in and offered us a drink while they explained the amenities, etc. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, supplied with everything we could need. The hotel facilities were great; lovely pool area, restaurants and bars, especially the rooftop Vista Sky Bar (beautiful sunset views). Breakfast was good, lot of options from buffet and menu. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the Vesuvius restaurant. A complementary shuttle bus took us to and from Sorrento (driver pleasant and friendly). We would highly recommend this hotel, due in large part to the helpful and friendly staff - exceptional! We will definitely stay again.
