We spent 3 nights here in the middle of our honeymoon trip. What an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, the food and bars were amazing, and the pool area had plenty of space. We used the hotel shuttle almost every day, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay at Hotel Mediterraneo was beyond spectacular. We had a large family room, which was perfect for our family of 5, spacious and well designed. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi area, and we found it was a perfect place to relax and have a spritz in the sun after long days of sightseeing in Sorrento. While not in the city center, we took advantage of the convenient shuttle and found it to be a pleasant walk. We preferred our location to being in the busier center of town. The included breakfast was incredible, both the food and the views. But it was the staff that really made our stay truly special - the entire concierge team was warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast and pool staff were friendly and accommodating. I would give this hotel ten stars if I could. Especially traveling with 3 young children, we never felt they were a bother or a disruption - they were treated with the utmost kindness. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. We will certainly be back!

We just had a fantastic three night stay here. On arrival, the reception team were very welcoming; they sat us down to check in and offered us a drink while they explained the amenities, etc. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, supplied with everything we could need. The hotel facilities were great; lovely pool area, restaurants and bars, especially the rooftop Vista Sky Bar (beautiful sunset views). Breakfast was good, lot of options from buffet and menu. We also enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the Vesuvius restaurant. A complementary shuttle bus took us to and from Sorrento (driver pleasant and friendly). We would highly recommend this hotel, due in large part to the helpful and friendly staff - exceptional! We will definitely stay again.

The hotel is well cared for and the staff was amazing. There is much to do on the property itself and we'll as the area in and around Sorrento. And the views are absolutely amazing! I would go back!

What an incredible experience. The service is phenomenal. Annielo and Giuseppe went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed, that included tours, restaurant reservations, recommendations etc. The hotel is really new. The restaurants were superb. We tried all of them. The Spa was also an excellent experience. We couldn’t be any happier with our time in Hotel mediterraneo. The breakfast was delicious and couldn’t beat that view or the delicious food. The service staff were also so helpful and also always ensuring we were ok.

Breakfast was served on the main restaurant with a wonderful Mediterranean view of Sorrento. I enjoyed the mix of a la carte dishes with the buffet. Staff was ready to attend immediately. Food was really good as well.

Our stay at Hotel Mediterraneo was ‘outstanding’ from the moment we stepped into the entrance. We were greeted by smiley, kind and courteous staff who offered us a seat and a glass of Prosecco as we checked in. The room was perfect: clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Everything was just perfect - the staff; room; food - breakfast was amazing; pool; the view from the rooftop bar and the the restaurant; the free shuttle to and from Sorrento each half hour throughout the day. We will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you.

Ett fantastiskt hotell. Andra gången vi bor här. Ett familjärt hotell. Underbar oas på baksidan med pool och restaurang / bar och spa. Ett minus denna gången var att de tillät barn sparka fotboll längs poolkanten. Inte vad man förväntade sig på detta 5⭐️ hotell. Detta är i mina ögon inget småbarnshotell för det finns inget ställe att springa omkring. Stannat 4 nätter båda gångerna. Gratis tillgång till beachen med parasoll och sängar.Se tidigare recension 2022.

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé ! La chambre était propre et bien entretenue, avec une climatisation efficace, ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé le balcon, parfait pour profiter du calme en fin de journée. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésiter.
