This hotel offers wonderful lodging options, especially for the film festival. The hotel is ideally placed for a festival and waterbuses. In terms of room size, it has an air conditioner, and the good service. However, beware of mosquitoes. They are so horrible! Overall, it is a great place to stay while attending the festival.

The room was extremely basic, the door didn't fit properly, the gap had light from the hallway running all night. The walls are thin so you can hear all noise from the adjacent room and bathroom, which is unfriendly. Mattress on bed was ok, but pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Outside balcony without access. View of back of restaurants and rooftops is unsettling. Bathroom is tiny and narrow. The only saving graces of this tired and depressing hotel were the friendly and very pleasant staff, the linen was changed every day, and the location to the water bus and bus stop was excellent. The beach at the end of the road would have been lovely, but only the week of September was closed, so no access to a sunbed or parasols even though the weather was still good. Breakfast at the hotel was adequate, but many items, including dishes, were frequently run out, including food. The coffee machine was useless, half cups of drinks were produced, which were virtually cold and lukewarm at best. The receptionists' seating area was depressingly dark, faded, and simple. Television in the rooms was basic, only Englishspeaking programmes were broadcasting on BBC News and can. A shame because it is so conveniently located it could be an absolute treasure.

Third time staying in this beautiful traditional hotel. Friendly staff and a unique interior. Garden out back is nice to have access to. Centrally located across from the boat. Hotel rates are excessively expensive during the film festival and breakfast isn't great. friendly staff.

To be honest, the ratio between the offer and the price is a little out of sync. However, venice generally is rather expensive. The location is excellent, right next to the vaporetto station and on the main road. The room was clean but quite simple and checked out too early at a certain time. It was impossible to remain in the room for an additional hour. Compared to the main road, the rooms are also quite noisy and have a beautiful view of the Laguna. Better to ask for a room facing the other side. Would I stay again? Probably for a short 12-night stay just for the location.

I've stayed at a number of hotels in Lido and Venice. I spent 450 euros for seven nights. The restroom is clean, and the room is spotless. I got a double bed for single room use. Front desk personnel is kind and helpful. The water station is only a two-minute walk away. So, you can get to Venice quickly. They recently installed a pancake maker for breakfast. So, you can eat as many freshly prepared pancakes as you want! However, because my room was next to a cleaning room or something, I could often hear the phone ringing and the door shut.
