The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh choices, with excellent service. The room was very new and modern. The bathroom was excellent with lots of mirrors. There is a nice, small lounge with coffee, cappuccino, espresso, and soft drinks available at any time.

The hotel Milu Milano and awesome. The room was really cool with a modern feel to it. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was even good. Loved our stay here and would not hesitate to stay again.

Milu hotel is nice !! I have to say thank you to Milu colleagues whoever from back office team or the hotel colleagues, they are very nice to give a quick hand! Love them very much. I also give a high compliment about the room, the room I stay is very cozy and silent , a good sleeping for me is very important! All facilities in the room is very well maintained, daily cleaning is also caring! I see the details !! Love milu! I would definitely come back :)

Rooms are well designed. The hotel is located and as close to shopping and restaurants. The sister hotel gym was a plus.. The staff were so accommodating and nice and had great suggestions. I would stay here again. Big thumbs up.

Lovely front desk staff, lovely room/bed/shower, fun neighborhood with lots of dining options within an easy walk. Can be a bit loud (underground subway rumbles until midnight). The lopsided is that transportation is very close. Much less touristy than other areas

This was such an elegant and comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. The room we had was a king size. Felt very spacious. Everything about this hotel is designed for comfort, including a lounge in each floor with a fully equipped free fridge of soft drink and a coffee machine. The room fridge is also equipped daily and complimentary. Air con a great. It's the design that is so Milano, and really makes it feel incredibly impressive to stay. There is a €300 room deposit required, which I had not realised before we came but that was no problem and it is returned after a room check post check out. It was really the staff who made this such an enjoyable stay, so pleasant and professional, a special mention to Faith who was so helpful and friendly. I would absolutely return and stay here again.

Hotel is recently renovated and you can tell, everything is so clean and polished. The bedrooms are really comfortable with excellent thought out furniture. The complimentary mini bar is perfect for those moments in your room after discovering Milano. In terms of location, it is located next to public transport routes but found everywhere walkable for the sites. Locally excellent selection of restaurants, really enjoyed recommendation from the front desk. Everyone is incredibly helpful and much appreciated when new to the city with only broken Italian in my backpocket!

Hotel Milù Milano was a fantastic stay in Milan. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions and great shopping areas. The hotel has a very modern and stylish design, which I really loved. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even though I had ordered something before I arrived, the hotel was very helpful in assisting with the delivery. Unfortunately, the order was delayed until after I left, so I had to request a refund, but I truly appreciated how accommodating the hotel was — perfect for a shopaholic like me! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Every single person we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond at every turn — helping with directions, recommendations, reservations, transportation, and even the little details you don’t realize you need until you do. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel completely taken care of. The rooms were beautifully appointed — stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. After long days exploring Milan, it felt like coming home to a peaceful, elegant retreat. The beds were dreamy, the design thoughtful, and every detail felt intentional. The lounge quickly became one of our favorite spots. It was welcoming and relaxed, and there was always a cappuccino or latte ready to enjoy. It was the perfect place to start the morning or unwind in the afternoon. That extra touch of hospitality made such a difference. And the location? Absolutely unbeatable. You step right outside the doors and the subway is there. The train access makes everything effortless — sightseeing, shopping, dining — all just minutes away. You truly could not ask for a better home base in Milan. If you’re looking for a hotel where service, comfort, and location come together perfectly, Milu Milano is it. We cannot wait to return.
