The pools were spectacular and the views were incredible! The snack bar staff and front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a little difficult to find people to help with luggage and spa services.

This resort is amazing. You get so much more than you pay for. Lots of space. So many great accommodations. The pools are amazing. There’s Total freedom to explore without feeling micromanaged. Common sense rules. I left feeling like I was born again. The only problem is you won’t want to leave the resort to do anything else. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this property. It’s beautiful. We stayed in a Junior suite with large balcony overlooking some of the pools (there are a lot of pools with varying degrees of heat.) The staff was helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Everything was perfect! There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel entrance, and also very easy to get taxis anywhere you need to go, the staff can order them for you. One note - it’s a large property and requires lots of walking and steps/stairs. You can rent towels for the pools, and they will assign you sunbeds for the duration of your stay so they belong to you.

We had a lovely time. The 10 pools (8 thermal) were excellent but we were disappointed to find out our 7 and 9yr olds could not go into the thermal pools so were limited to 2 pools and the sea. Not a huge deal and we undersood the rationale but still disappointed. The food at one of the restaurants was surprisingly good (we had breakfast and dinner there all 3 nights). Our room had a great view. And while some areas felt a bit rundown, you're getting what you pay for and you're in Italy!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Clean rooms with air conditioning, nice to have them open straight out onto a private terrace and to be able to go straight to the many thermal pools. Great to have our own reserved sunbeds by the pool, and to be able to swim and snorkel on the private beach. Almost all the staff were polite and friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. We did experience an issue with some staff at the ocean side restaurant being quite rude one night with was unusual compared to everyone else there. Recommend this island as a beautiful place to holiday, teenagers and adults alike both enjoyed the history, scenery and food immensely.

Everyone was great, the place is magnificent and the price and quality of everything was perfect; particularly the dining options. The beds are firm and the only real negative is that the resort is so spectacular you do not feel the need to leave the property and explore Ischia which is one of the most magical islands on the planet.

Ci son stata 3 giorni con il mio fidanzato ed é stato bellissimo. Il mare è splendido... Le vasche sono tutte mantenute benissimo... La pulizia ed il personale super gentili. L'ho preferito al poseidon sicuramente. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

温度の違う１０種類の海水プールがとても楽しかったです。エステ施設も併設しているので次回はトライしたいです。イスキア港とカサミチョラ港の中間にあり、バスでアクセス可能。ただし運転手にカスティリオーネで降りると言っておかないと通り過ぎてしまいます。朝食はレストランで。フレッシュなモッツアレラにトマト、地元産のジャム、日替わりのケーキ、そしてエスプレッソをどうぞ。夕食は徒歩圏にはないのですが、受付で希望を伝えるとおすすめのお店を紹介してもらえます。

Loved the variety of pools and the saunas. Biggest barrier is language. None of the staff are able to communicate comfortably in English so you miss accurate explainations about hotel services and transportation.

Siamo arrivati di mattina intorno alle 12.00 appena preso possesso delle camere eravamo già pronti per visitare e goderci le fantastiche piscine un vero paradiso la mattina successiva eravamo già pronti alle 8,00 per ripetere la fantastica esperienza, inoltre cenare al ristorante sul mare della stessa struttura" il Guarracino" e da non perdere eccezionale ed emozionante location ma si mangia veramente bene

Nice place to relax with private beach, clear water. I was slightly disappointed by the food, unfortunately grilled food in restaurant was subpar. The restaurant can do better it's a pretty easy fix if there's willingness The beds and mattresses are quite worn, it seems that the owners are renovating in stages, seen by the new and clean baths, but didn't get to beds yet. Overall unique experience with clean spas, pool nice staff. It's a good resort
