I spent the day there and had a great time. The front desk staff is nice and accommodating. We went on Monday and it was still quite busy. The pools are lovely and I love that you can go from inside to outside and swim in the hot water. It's in the 1980 s and probably needs remodernization.

The hotel is a genuinely classic Italian throwback to the 1980 s but immaculate and has all the conveniences of a modern hotel. The hotel is enormous. We had only visited the spa during the summer, and this was our first stay at the hotel during the winter. Roberto Torso, at the reception desk, kindly welcomed us and made sure we were satisfied with our reserved room. Kudos to Roberto for his professionalism and warmth, which really made us feel welcomed. The spa and pools are open until 11 a. M. It was absolutely magnificent to swim in the thermal pools outside, lit up in the densest fog at 6 degrees i. The atmosphere was relaxed and the crowd was mostly young. The hotel must be popular with locals since there were so few foreigners around. There are also a lot of wellness treatments and massages offered. Prices are fair with breakfast. The breakfast was good but there were no fresh fruits or veggies, lots of baked goods, meats and cheeses, and the typical cereals and juices. The service was fantastic and Id love to come back here again during summer as well. The outdoor pools are stunning.
