This place has a great location, and so are the service here. They have a friendly front desk staff who serves a delicious breakfast. The bed in the room was very comfortable and had a sea view, and the room looked lovely. But the place looks a little bit out of date.

There are rooms with sea views and the shower in the room that needs to be renovated, as well as the shower itself, and the floor tiles in the bedroom that are cracked. Although the personnel is fine and there are no problems, in all honesty, this hotel is not suitable for its price. We paid 749 euros for 7 nights, which included local taxes and breakfast, and I would have expected something better for that price. If you visit Rome, I recommend staying at a hotel of a higher standard that is more central. There are some excellent restaurants and wine bars in Outta, but the beach is disappointing if you want to swim. It is mostly composed of private beach areas, but non-paying visitors have the right to walk all along the beach and access the water. The sea is very shallow, almost too shallow to swim, and there are many rocks that can be a bit painful if you hit them.

The bus service to the airport in Fiumicino cost 15 euros. The railway station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and trains travel to Rome every 15 minutes. The pyramid metro station is located after a 30-minute trip. Many of the very nice italian restaurants are near the hole in the street, which is open every day. My room was very spacious for one, and perhaps the largest I stayed in Italy. One side of the hotel looks at the sea and the view is breathtaking, but I chose the other side with typical Italian yards so I could rest soundly at night. Unfortunately, there was no shoebox in the room, so I had to leave my passports at reception. They put the documents in an envelope, and I took them back before the checkout. I can't say that was an issue, but it is a little odd. There is no air conditioning, only a central ventilation system. The shuttle service to the Fiumicino airport cost 15 euros. If you want to go to Rome, you can take a train. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the railway station, and trains go to Rome every 15 minutes. After a half-hour journey, you are at the pyramid metro station. There are many very nice italian restaurants near the hole in a walk area. There is also a big supermarket close to the station, which is open every day.

Weve been at this hotel for five days. Breakfast was a bit monotheistic each day croissant with cream, coffee, tee, yogurt, and juice. Nothing unique, but really, I prefer salty breakfasts. The rooms were clean, changing towels every day, and cleaning the room. The receptionists were extremely friendly, Carolina, and not just her. Staff speaks Polish, English, Italian, and I believe a few more languages. There is a free beach on foot at 1015 minutes away called Il curve or Hakuya Matata. Maybe next time I will return to this place as well if the price quality is still on the same level.

Very close to buses and trains, restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. Nice place. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nothing fancy, everything you could need. I also like the continental breakfast they serve, likewise very friendly and helpful to me. I will happily return.
