I would definitely recommend it. I got three stars for it because of the staff. One particular staff member. I would earn them an extra star in this case. The hotel is outside of the main city of Naples. About 15 to 30 minutes away. Depending on traffic. The distance from the airport is the same. Lago patria itself is a very old, boring, and not well maintained neighborhood. The hotel is on a busy street with many other hotels and cafes very close by. It is not a fourstar hotel. Absolutely not. A threestar yes. The pool area was closed off for the season. Thus, I cannot say much about it. It is very clean but poorly maintained. The walls are broken and damaged, especially at the corners where people hit it with their luggage. The sofa was converted, a room with a double bed and a single bed. We had to move the bed or climb over it every time we needed to get to the closet. More disturbing. We booked a family room. As advertised, we were supposed to get a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I contacted reception, they were told the curtains were in the laundry room and no other room was accessible. They promised to hang the curtains up the next morning. We went out to go out for the day and when we returned in the evening, we had curtains. The restaurant is small and tidy. Breakfast selection

We would not suggest Hotel Premier. The hotel, rooms, and neighborhood itself are excellent enough, but the service and attitude are not worth the four stars. The majority of the staff members, with some pleasant exceptions, are extremely poor at English, and their style is extremely annoying and naive. We were given a room that was not suitable for our reservation request on the evening we arrived, but they were unable to give us the correct room until the next day, even though the reservation had been made almost a month earlier. The housekeeping was awful, they didn't arrive before 6.30 a. M., even though we had been away since 8. 00 a. M., and when we returned nine hours later, we called the reception to get help. We chose to take the hotel shuttle bus from the nearby railroad station on two occasions, but each time, we weren't in the same position and had to call the hotel to tell them of our agreement, despite the fact that we already made an agreement with them. The restaurant and kitchen are not a good idea, one evening was enough. We asked for the bill on the last day, which had in some way been increased by 85 euros since our last inspection three days earlier. The pool is exactly as the pictures on the website, and the hotel is tidy. This is the last drawback, even though we've experienced this on our Italian travels numerous times. First, the room or bathroom looks dated. The bed was comfortable, however, the air conditioning was weak, and the mini fridge was warm. The dog in the room opposite was also annoying. Since my husband is a very light sleeper, he has a hard night. Also, the dog often woke me up while I'm a sleeper. I advise seeking a room at the end of the building with a view of the pool and not on the front's reputation side. The breakfast was minimal, really minimal. We spent less than a week each year in Italy, so we ended up eating just two croissants. We chose to spend the evening there and moved to the bellavista hotel down the road, which was a far superior hotel. The local area isn't ideal because it appears very old and has no Italian vibe. However, the beach is spotless and well-kept. There are a lot of dining options on the main road in the opposite direction of the shoreline. The walk to various restaurants will take you from one to 25 minutes to get to the busy end.

Excellent price. The breakfast is included in the price. Free parking is provided. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of foods and beverages! The room is spacious and spotless. The bed is very comfortable.

A very nice hotel with excellent service, great food, and great swimming pool and jacuzzi. I intend to return there because we had everything we needed including weather, food, staff and relaxation. The rooms were clean and friendly.
