This hotel is close to a bus stop for the volcano 100 meters from the hotel. The rooms were a bit small on the road, but were more affordable considering the street bust, which was minor. The staff was very courteous, they even provided us with a complimentary daily card for volcano buses and volcano sights. The breakfast buffet was decent but not hot. The cost of lodging at a volcano is higher, and I think the raffle selection was excellent.

A pleasant experience, with friendly and attentive service. Moreover, the room is cozy. The breakfast was excellent. The noisy side of the street is not pleasant, and you have to close the door because there is no air conditioning and only heat.

The hotel is modern and clean, has a desk, good internet and is incredibly quiet. The breakfast is also good. Parking is free. It is a good place to stay for a night on a longer road trip or if you have business in the area. It is relatively far from the center of the volcano, only 17 minutes by car, over an hour on foot and approximately 40 minutes by public transport. Also a little too expensive for what it offers.

The hotel's proximity to many hiking spots and other nearby attractions was excellent. The deluxe room with a view of the garden offers a stunning panorama of the mountains. The deluxe accommodations are in the recently renovated area of the house where they are located on the top floor of the reception. The accommodation appeared to be very contemporary and stylish. It's excellent that the hotel offers free public transportation cards for the duration of your stay because it's primarily on the outskirts of a volcano. The personnel were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Since the hotel restaurant operates on a set menu, there aren't many nearby restaurants, and a la carte isn't currently available due to culinary restrictions, the location is the only drawback I'd mention.
