The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is what I would call old school, as all services are run though the front desk, which is a welcome change from other hotels,

The hotel was well appointed and the staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived after a stressful day of trying to navigate the train system, so it was nice to be received with open arms. Our room was spacious, unlike some of our other European destinations. Overall, the hotel was well maintained and comfortable.

This place was old world elegance with a great staff to match! Nice breakfast with eggs/bacon. The shuttle to the port worked great too. Excellent location!

Location was perfect. Directly across from a beautiful beach and minutes from the Cruise dock. Hotel is dated but clean. First floor rooms were had stairs so if you have any mobility issues please advise them. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very convenient to have it right in the hotel. The hotel also has a nice bar but we didn’t use it because there are many restaurants and bars nearby with outdoor areas.

Everything was great. The only issue is they had an issue a couple days ahead of time with the water. It had rocks and dirt in the water but by the time I left everything cleared out. They fixed it and I understand things happen and they were very nice.

nice location beach across the street, cruise port walking distance about 20 minutes.. difficult with luggage .. taxi 40 euro direct to ship well worth the money, large grocery store close excellent sandwiches. room very European .. staff very helpful

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is convenient, we purchased a bottle of wine in the afternoon and sat on the outside terrace to relax and enjoy the view. Unfortunately we did not eat there so we cannot comment on the food.

Everyone from the driver that picked us up from the airport to the hotel staff was so nice and helpful. They all went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for our stay. They all went hotel is in a convenient location to shops, cafes, restaurants and train station. It is also an easy 15-20 minute walk to the port.

We had a room with a view of the sea which was nice. The room was small but typical of a European hotel room and we enjoyed the charm. The breakfast was adequate for our needs with a lot of different pastry options. Some fruit would have been nice. The cappuccinos were great! Overall we felt it was a great place to stay before our cruise.

Room was ready early. Had an issue with toilet not filling with water. Staff corrected quickly. Cleaning people excellent. We were traveling with a service dog and the hotel insisted on charging a service fee. Which would be illegal in the USA, even after we provided the needed documentation. All other hotels or BNBs in Italy waived the fee upon showing the legal documents. We have been traveling in Italy for three months.
