Although it's not a big deal, I was not so disappointed. In my meal, I received a significant portion of sprouts. Over the course of your vacation, cleaning services will frequently move items around in your room and make you wonder where things have been. The hotel is relatively clean, and the rooms are decently sized for the price. If any improvements were made, I would think about returning.

If you plan to ride the Stevie Pass in the morning before the crowds, this is the ideal lodging. The hotel is located at the intersection of Stevie Pass and north of the town. The town center is accessible on foot. I spent for breakfast and dinner at a reasonable price because I was skiing during the off-season when the hotel was packed with students, making breakfast and supper noisy and congested. There was a good portion of food, with some excellent options. The main dish was a little disappointing. Because my accommodation was on the upper level, the lift was extremely slow, so I used the stairs. There was a balcony to relax on, an air conditioner, a free bottle of water, and a little worn out in the room.

We will return! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We had no issues. The staff was friendly, cordial, and knowledgeable, the rooms were spotless, the cuisine was excellent and varied each night, and it was close to the bus to the ski lift in 2 minutes. A nice hotel with a lovely spa area.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in good shape, and the room is very nice. The staff let me down very badly. When we arrived we were greeted by a very sad gentleman who didn't even say hello. We were given a room keycard and that's all. No showing to the room. I asked the girl about the restaurant for an evening meal and we were told we had to book. When I walked down the restaurant was empty except for the mother and son. A waiter came and asked if we wanted water but we got no wine drinks. It was a set menu so we made our choice and within a few minutes the starter arrived obviously had been kept warm in the kitchen. When we ate the waiters were standing looking at something on their phone. The main course arrived, hot. As soon as we finished eating the waiters vanished into the kitchen. Breakfast was a similar event. A very grumpy waiter welcomed us and made us feel as if we were inconvenient! I will not return or recommend it to anyone. Ive recently learned that the hotel has been taken over by a chain. It was a bad move I must say, and a total shame because the place is lovely.

On foot, it takes about 2 miles to reach the ski lift. The rooms on the first level are largely unreliable and the room is tidy. The bathrooms are likewise tidy. The towels were lovely. The bed linen was changing frequently. I don't enjoy the sound of a musical performer in the lobby bar. The elevator has a broken and slow onset, and on the day we left, there was no one there to assist us with the ith floor luggage and suitcases. The cuisine was fine but the menu was awkwardly arranged, and the meal was similar to that. The town center is within walking distance of the hotel.
