Wonderful hotel in a great central location in Venice. Back door access to the canals was easy to use for luggage. Nice bar and restaurant too. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with a historic unique decor in a prime location. The included breakfast buffet offered a vast selection from eggs, fruits to pastries and the cappuchino was delicious! Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was unique in its decor with an antique dresser and end tables, Venetian chandeliers and built-in wooden wardrobe. The room was also fully equipped with lots of storage, a safe, mini fridge, comfortable bed and a beautiful view of a canal and gondolas. St. Mark's Square was just a short walk away and the hotel was also steps away from high-end shopping. The only negative aspect of my stay was the noise of people walking around above me which was likely due to the lack of soundproofing of the wooden floors. Otherwise a great stay!

It was our first time visiting the beautiful city of Venice and I must say that the Hotel Saturnia checked all of the boxes for us in our stay. The Concierge did a great job arranging our transfers. Check in and out was smooth. They provided some currency exchange for us. The staff working the bar were attentive and made great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The staff was so proactive. The last day we had an early checkout for our flight departing from the Venice airport. We were supposed to travel to the airport by water taxi however it turned out that the tide prevented a water taxi pick-up at the hotel directly. They responded quickly by having us relocate to another pick-up point for water taxi to an awaiting van that took us the rest of the way to the Airport. We arrived at the time we would have had there not been an issue with the tides. These are the things that separate great hotels from good ones. I look forward to my next trip to Venice. I know where I will be staying.

This hotel was wonderfully close to St. Marks and right in the midst of high end shopping. It was pretty close to many of the other sites we were interested in. We had the included breakfast and it was excellent, the room was refreshed between our outings and the concierge made our stay stress free. We made use of the laundry service and that exceeded expectations as well. All in all, it was a great place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Also, the A/C worked well!

We could not have asked for a better stay! The hotel is beautiful, we loved the architecture, history and Venetian decor. The staff were all very friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet was lovely!

This is a must stay!! It is located near all of the luxury stores so if you like to shop be careful. The staff is incredible at this resort. The brunch is fantastic and they were spot on with all of the concierge suggestions. We came to Venice on honeymoon and recently brought our kids back…. We enjoyed it that much more because of this resort. They also have a private dock in the back.

Hotel was a very central location. 7 minute walk to Saint Mark square. Same street with luxury shops. Next to Michelin star restaurant. Raphael canal front restaurant block away( great food and atmosphere). Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Expansive and delicious breakfast buffet. Room 7 had 2 full bathrooms and living room could be closed off from bedroom. Top floor outside deck with lounges and chairs made a great evening spot for a glass of wine. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Staff were very friendly, told us the history of the hotel, and made our stay very pleasant. Had breakfast at the hotel and the staff were amazing. They also brought us coffee to the fourth floor while we enjoyed the patio, sunrise, and watching the beautiful view of Venice. I’ll stay here again when I visit Venice next time and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for a perfect stay.
