The hotel was just adorable. Perfect for me and my daughter for a short girls trip. It has a private pier which is just gorgeous. The staff were so kind and helpful. Hotel location was perfect. I can't fault it.

The Serenella hotel is a great hotel with everything you need in a beautiful setting only a few minutes walk from Sirmione centre. Loved our stay there. If you take a hire car....have fun....the drive to the hotel is through the city centre....it's an experience!!!

Hotellet er lite og koselig med en svært hyggelig betjening. Beliggenheten er perfekt, da det er en kort spasertur inn til gamlebyen, men veldig rolig. Det er også kort veg til hotellets private brygge med solsenger. Frokosten er fantastisk!

Very cute family-owned hotel in the heart of Sirmione. The staff (the family) were very kind and made us feel at home. The breakfast included was wonderful and was served on a nice outdoor patio. The guest exclusive pier was a beautiful area to relax and soak in the lake scenery and the sunshine. We would absolutely go back if we find ourselves in Sirmione again.

A charming, family-run hotel! Perfect and peaceful location. Lovely breakfast (that is quite flexible if you don't arrive exactly in the time slot you book). The private dock was an amazing amenity, and they even delivered my (very tasty) lunch and spritz to the dock after I ordered it by the pool. 100% recommend staying here, and it is an amazing value for the price.

Koselig familie drevet hotell i fin gangavstand til sentrum. Hyggelig personale og koselig atmosfære. Frokosten var god, den ble servert ved bordet etter hva vi ønsket å spise ut fra en liste. Er du glad i harde madrasser i senga er dette hotellet for deg.

Wonderful Hotel, All the staff are friendly and work really hard to give their guests a wonderful experience. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful served by two very hard working friendly ladies. One little niggle was that the tea bags etc were not replaced in the room however you can pick them up from the bar area and no milk in the room for tea or coffee however if you asked they do give you a small jug. Would we stay again YES 100%

The staff were extremely nice and wonderful. They were available all day until 11pm to answer questions. Staff is very knowledgeable on tourism to different towns on Lake Garda. Hotel is close to the town but also on the quieter side of Sirmione, giving us access to both peaceful part of town but also busier part of town. Room was cleaned timely and very thoroughly. I loved that our receptionist would say “buongiorno” every morning and “ciao” to greet us. Staff made hotel feel like home. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in future.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, gemütliche Zimmer, sehr leckeres und frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. Der Steg der zum Hotel gehört ist ein super Platz um direkt am See zu entspannen oder den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da er nicht beheizt ist und im April die Temperaturen noch nicht ausreichen. Im Sommer bestimmt richtig toll....

I had such a fantastic stay here! I was solo travelling for Easter weekend and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They have their own private pier on the water which was perfect for the sunny days. The bartender made me an aperol spritz (in a jar) so I could take it down to the pier and enjoy the sun. The morning breakfast, although a bit slow, was very tasty and pretty vast as they had a small buffet, in addition to specific items you could order. Additionally, the room was great with air conditioning and a balcony, the bed was not the most comfortable but overall it was such a fantastic stay that I didn’t mind.

Such a great hotel, full of character and great location to see Sirmione. We really enjoyed staying here so we could do a few things in town before the crowds arrived. Breakfast was great and an really efficient system.
