Very good hotel but no evening entertainment and too far from anywhere with entertainment. I am a meat eater, but not a vegetarian. The staff was very hard working and very nice during the holidays, we would come back if there is something at night and a better selection of food.

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel looks good and has a beautiful lake view. The personnel is quite friendly. We have a lake view room and can use the bicycles they have for 3 days of our stay. Breakfast and dinner are good with lots of choices.

I would recommend this hotel. Exceptional holiday on the outskirts of Malcesine. We had a rental car so could get around. This hotel wouldn't be ideal if you didn't have transport because it'd be a very long walk to Malcesine. The rooms were nice, staff was friendly and helpful, and a nice breakfast buffet. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the lake.

Great experience during my vacation, especially during my stay at this hotel, I have a great experience. Everything is so wonderful, including the lovely view of the lake from the hotel window. And then, the hotel's food was excellent. Next, the bedroom was very comfy.

In August 2019, we stayed here for ten nights. We had higher expectations from a luxury hotel, but we had a great time nonetheless. What was great nice, spotless pool open 722, beautiful lake view from the pool and restaurant, windsurfwatersports center on the beach directly in front of the hotel, and tasty food for lunch and dinner. What wasn't so great were the limited breakfast options, vegetables and fruit often not fresh, and lunch and dinner choices were restricted, but what was there was delectable. The kids club facilities are broken. The inside of the hotel is antiquated, but the rooms have been updated, despite being costly. There is no real beach or shadow, so you must bring a seat, a sunbed, and a umbrella. Clear water is not overcrowded and not overcrowded. We wouldn't return and neither should they suggest it to families with young children, but for a challenging surfing vacation, it can be a good deal.
