Hotel yang telah direnovasi ini kini menjadi sebuah permata yang indah. Sebagai anggota LHW, kami menerima upgrade yang bagus ke suite. Kamarnya sangat luas, dirancang dengan indah dan terbuat dari bahan terbaik. Keramahan dan kesediaan untuk membantu dari portir, resepsionis, hingga staf katering benar-benar terbaik. Terima kasih. The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is good. The location is central to many tourist hot spots but still far enough away to be quiet. I love staying here.

We reserved the penthouse jacuzzi suite. It was lovely and cozy, on a quiet street across from the boorghese gardens. We had a unique and wonderful experience at this hotel. My husband became very ill an hour after checking in. Being in a foreign country and unable to speak italian, i was unsure how to handle the situation. The staff at this lovely hotel made what was a bad situation more manageable. I was especially grateful to jonathan at the front desk. He was so helpful from the moment we walked in. He went above and beyond to help calm my anxiety. He explained how to navigate the healthcare system in rome and my best course of action. Next, he drew a map to the nearest pharmacy. When the medicine did not work, he called a doctor to our room. Although we ended up visiting the doctor five times over the course of our week, it could have been so much worse if we had chosen another hotel. We lost two days of sightseeing, but at least the accommodations were fantastic. The room service was delicious, and the staff was very accommodating. Although we werent at our best or always the most polite under the circumstances, every member of the staff treated us with the utmost respect and privacy. Anyone who has experienced the excruciating pain of a kidney stone knows that you just have to endure it. But even though this wasnt ideal. The accommodations, service, and food made up for the lost time. We loved their breakfast and ended up going to the mirabelle twice for a lovely dinner overlooking the city. The service was excellent. We have stayed in many fivestar hotels, and this was by far the best service we have ever received.

This place is absolutely amazing! If at all possible, upgrade to a suite. The hot breakfasts were delicious and plentiful! Its funny that they had smoked salmon but no bagels! It didnt matter. The service was outstanding! Everyone, from the front desk to chamber service, was exceptional, a team. Its also in a great location. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service. The staff is highly trained. Alessandra and her team were extremely friendly and attentive. The manager of food and beverages, again, was very professional. He took our breakfast requests and executed them well the next day. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. I would strongly recommend that they offer more variety for breakfast, focusing primarily on vegetarians and semi vegetarians. Additionally, as a 5star hotel, freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juices should be included in breakfast and not charged extra. Regarding tea, as a 5star hotel, i would expect freshly squeezed tea or a top tea bag brand like la Via de te, other than your current standard twinings, so i give it 4 stars instead of 5 stars!.

My mother and i stayed here for about 8 days. My mother is handicapped and uses a scooter and walker. Every day the staff would store her scooter for her and go out of their way to make sure my mother and i got to our destination safely. Every single employee was so nice. They would also constantly check in to make sure our trip went smoothly and help to further explore the city beautiful city of rome. Johnathan at the front desk booked all day trips so we didnt have to do anything and it was the best thing ever. I have never known a hotel to do that. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping our room so clean. The bellhops were all so sweet and kind. I will definitely come back to this beautiful hotel if i come back to this beautiful city. Thank you for everything.

The staff was very helpful and helpful when needed. The breakfast was amazing every day and the staff there were great and very friendly. Check out the rooftop bar too. This is an excellent hotel and provides the services one expects.

Harganya gak sepadan sama apa yang didapet disini. Udah gitu, staf front desk sama staf front desknya judes. Abis itu, rasa makanan sama minumannya gak sepadan banget sama harganya. Terus, kamar mandinya gak ada dikamar mandi. Seudah itu, dekorasi hotelnya pun keliatan glamor.

What a wonderful stay, a very nice hotel. I adored the rooms, the staff, the service, and the view. Dont forget to stop by the 7th floor for a drink. Amazing view. Untuk liburan Natal, saya selalu berencana untuk berbelanja oleh-oleh di pusat kota, jadi saya memutuskan untuk sarapan di hotel yang indah ini, di mana saya tidak hanya mengagumi pemandangan yang indah tetapi juga menikmati sarapan yang santai dan sangat dimanjakan. The hotel is in a quiet area, close to the center and all activities. The service is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious.
