Das Hotel ist großartig. Es ist ganz neu renoviert worden und der Service ist sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Vielen Dank für alles.

Hotel muito próximo da estação. Ótimo para uma parada para quem pega o Bernina Express. Cama e chuveiros ótimos, tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente, silencioso e funcionários prestativos. Único ponto de melhora: quarto muito pequeno, não tem espaço nem para abrir malas ou guarda roupas, e o banheiro não tem prateleiras no chuveiro e de frente o espelho, o que fez falta.

The hotel was clean, modern and very close to the train station (5-10 minute walk). The receptionists were super helpful and although the hotel doesn't do evening meals, they were able to recommend a lovely restaurant close by, at which we ate. The breakfast buffet which was included in the price had a good variety; we are vegetarian so we had eggs, cereals, yoghurts, breads and pastries to choose from, but there were also some hot meats for non-veggies. Overall, we felt it was good value for money and would happily stay there again if in the area- rated 9/10

We had economy double which was quite small but for one night it was fine. Breakfast was good although maybe more wholewheat bread options would have been good. Nice hotel. Would stay again

We liked everything about this hotel: location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, modernity and spaciousness and room. Probably the best hotel we stayed in on our Interrail tour of Switzerland, Italy and France.

Clean and modern rooms, air-conditioned too which was nice given the heat we had. Close to train but far enough away to be a bit quieter. Close to old town as well. Would stay here again if visiting Tirano again someday
