Lovely hotel with excellent service. Elena who greeted us upon arrival was absolutely lovely and professional, friendly and welcome! She greeted us warmly upon arrival and facilitated a smooth check in. She ensured that breakfast was to our liking and was most informative and helpful throughout the stay. The property is very quiet and peaceful.

Lovely hotel; everyone went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. We didn't use the thermal bath just because of Covid carefulness, but it looked absolutely divine. I would stay here again any time. Be aware that Waze might take you to a dead end; just stay on Via Bagni Caldi and you'll get to the front of the hotel.

The hotel did not disappoint. If your prepared to go the little extra distance then we can defiitely recommend this hotel. Sure there were one or two individual points that could be better but after the terrible time the hospitality industry has suffered over the last year and a half, the hotel exceeded expectations. Granted we only spent one night there but could have easily stayed more nights comfortably. The room was large and accomodated our small family of 3 comfortably. The dinner was enjoyable and the food of high quality and plentiful. The dining area was layed out in a traditional form and the bare wooden structured ceiling has to be appreciated. No fastenings, bolts or nails.

Service with a smile. What is difficult to find in Europe. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They try to make your stay very comfortable. The pool is nice. The view is nice. The massages are excellent! Everything is connected, including the room, restaurant, and spa. After an invigorating massage, you can take a relaxing, peaceful stroll outside in the wilderness. It's very safe. The town below looks cute to explore.

The rooms were spacious, and the facilities were also good. The breakfast was amazing. I served Italian cake, with more cake and coffee. The staff was very good at Italian but not very good at English. The terms of this hotel are like a small in-house pool.

It will be a pleasure for you to stay here. In the early part of the century, the region was well-known by the royals and the elite. It is breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful. The world has witnessed extreme cohabitation from this location, so welcoming and pleasant times are abundant. It is simple, opulent hotel. Be captivated by the scenery rather than anticipate city hotels' excessiveness. Although they have a limited menu, what they do is fantastic. After a dip in the indoor thermal pool, where you can also get drinks or coffee by the neat poolside, you'll find yourself in absolute harmony and, moreover, be at ease.

A relaxing hotel with an ancient feel. The cleanliness of the rooms is nice, and the decor is comfortable and clean. A relaxing spa facilities. We could have had a kettle in the room but it was a good experience.

Sergio is the best manager and always goes out of his way to keep the employees happy and happy. The waitresses were very professional and the maid service was excellent. The facilities are good quality and not overcrowded, even in the peak season.

Stille og rolig, vakker natur, veldig imøtekommende og trivelig personale. Nydelig frokost med alt vi kunne ønske oss. Ikke fullt så imponerende lunsj og middag. Flott sted å få igjen pusten og kreftene etter opphold i turistrike Lucca.

Abbiamo trascorso in questo hotel 7 giorni, camere e hotel pulite, non moderne ma vivibili! La pecca più grande è la gestione, nessun e dico nessun tipo di servizio, ne di accoglienza né di bar né di cena. Abbiamo avuto solo la colazione non abbondante ma se si andava presto qualche cosa so trovava. Per il resto il nulla cosmico, la cena non si poteva avere (non avevano il cuoco) la piscina di acqua termale( unica cosa bella) aperta dalle 10 alle 18 idromassaggio che non funziona......abbiamo chiesto e il motivo era che.....se lo accendevano non si spegneva più🤔 nessuno servizio di spa, massaggi,ecc In teoria ci sarebbe stato un bar ma era perennemente chiuso. Il frigo bar in camera c'era.....vuoto ma c'era😅 considerando il fatto che si trova in collina a circa 500m dal borgo più vicino anche solo per un caffe, una birra o un qualunque genere alimentare eri costretto a prendere la macchina ... Unica nota positiva è Antonio ( il ragazzo che si occupa un po' di tutto) e la ragazza delle pulizie gentilissimi entrambi

Hotel in posizione poco pratica per viaggi di lavoro , ed in stile un po' retrò. Servizi pressoché inesistenti è stato impossibile aprire la finestra per il troppo rumore di macchinari esterni
