Esperienza più che positiva l'hotel è situato vicino al fiume Sentino dalle acque limpide, personale gentile ed accogliente e molto professionale...la colazione è standard, ma e aperta fino alle 9:30, ristorante con buone pietanze.Vicino a biglietteria e alle grotte di Frasassi raggiungibili a piedi.

Ottimo hotel 3 stelle a San Vittore di Genga nel Parco Gola della Rossa e Frasassi con un ristorante che offre menù di un buon livello, le terme con le acque sulfuree tra i servizi convenzionati insieme con la piscina dell’hotel con il servizio bar. Per gli appassionati ci sono i percorsi di mountain hiking a disposizione e le prelibatezze gastronomiche di Genga, Sassoferrato ed Arcevia

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte a novembre , con colazione. Camera molto bella come in foto, sala per la colazione molto ampia e varietà di colazione ben apprezzata per tutto. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante. Parcheggio riservato a fianco dell’hotel o anche presente sulla strada. L’hotel si presenta molto bene e ha una vista ottimale. Personale molto cordiale.

The healing waters pools and the hotel are in a fantastic location. First and foremost, Lorna and Samuel assisted us in making our vacation special by allowing us to park our classic automobile in a remote location. In any case, the location is very quiet and secure! As hotel guests, they both give us excellent recommendations for museums, restaurants, and the underground spa. The pools men are very friendly, and after the spa treatments, we frequently had a really good light lunch there. This extremely clean and experienced therapeutic and aesthetic department gets five stars too! They offer medical treatments for rheumatic, otorinolaringoliatric issues, as well as pediatric chronic diseases, a physiotherapist for massage, mud, and hydromassage. If you do the same treatments in Tuscany, they will cost double! The sincere kindness and simple grin of all the people who made us feel so comfortable that we wanted to go back to them! The uncomfy present we received during our visit was the sincere kindness and simple smile of all the people who made us feel so well that we wanted to come back!.

Besides being close to the thermal bath and the Frasassi cave, the hotel also provides an excellent base for excursions. The accommodations have contemporary furniture and appliances, and they are exquisitely furnished. The only thing that is regrettably missing is a kettle or a coffee maker. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly. The restaurant also serves daily dinner options, and the saltimbocca was a fantastic selection. Olga at the reception was very helpful with information about hiking and hiking, but she was also very helpful with advice on the hike and nature walk. There are many locally produced wines, and the verdicchio is definitely a hit. If you're in the area, this hotel is a fantastic choice because it offers fantastic value for the money.

We had reserved a night here to allow time to see the caves. By train, we came around 9 a. M. and were picked up by the hotel shuttle. Our room was complete. We walked from the hotel to the cave ticket office. To me, coffee and pizza appeared to be offered at all times. We chose to eat in the dining area. The food was excellent. Breakfast included cereal, yogurt, fruit, and a variety of breads. The personnel is outstanding. They were kind, cordial, and efficient. Our accommodation was very clean and well-organized. The next morning, the shuttle took us back to the train station. The scenery is breathtaking. Tourists have not yet discovered this location. I'd adore to return.

La ns camera era grande, nuova, con bagno moderni e grande doccia. Biancheria morbida, la migliore mai trovata. Abbiamo cenato in struttura e i piatti erano buoni e ben presentati. L'aspetto esterno è ordinato ma datato, a contrasto con gli ambienti interni che sono moderni. Alla reception la sig. ra è stata ipergentile e cordiale.

The location here is quite strategic. This hotel has a lot of restaurants, especially near the grotto and sanctuary in San Maria. They have a lot of good restaurants. The room with a big terrace and a beautiful view of San Victory is also suitable for pets and there is free parking.
