Everything was tidy. We observed two cleaners doing a very diligent and thorough job. All praise goes to them! The rooms peculiarities, such as incomplete plastering in the corners, builders pencil marks on the bathroom wall fixtures, toilet seat not straight, and artwork hung the wrong way round, were observed by us. This turned out to be because the room had just been renovated and they probably needed some time to finish those tasks. Small bathroom, but all the fixtures were new, and had everything we needed. Plenty of carjacking outside and just a short walk from the city. Without a permit, I don't believe you can park much closer. There are numerous options at the breakfast buffet. Josephine at the front desk was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. She was able to explain the nearby places and give suggestions. She spoke excellent English, and I enjoyed learning some Italian from her. She was fantastic! Other receptionists were not as pleasant. I hope the owners recognize the staff who do a fantastic job and make a difference for your visitors.

I will strongly recommend this hotel, it is worth the money. Friends who have been living in moments for a long time have recommended this hotel. At first, I was worried about some comments read online, but after two days spent there, I can confirm our choice. Most loved receptionists are really friendly and professional, checking experience has been wonderful and full of suggestions for our time in the moment. Rooms on ith floor have been refreshed recently and are comfortable, clean, and equipped with amenities. Breakfast is surprisingly good, you can really enjoy food and drinks in a well-equipped space and friendly people who can help you with milk and coffee. Orange juice is not of Italian quality, and the air conditioning in the rooms is a little loud at night. Overall a nice experience considering the good position near services and the city center.

The hotel is located in a residential area and within walking distance of the city center. The room was clean and cozy. It has all the amenities including electric kettle and tea which normally doesn't happen in Italian hotels. Breakfast is continental and included a wide selection of foods. Overall a very good experience!.

This place is in a good location. Parking areas were always close to the hotels front door. We requested a renovated room on lower levels 2 or 3. The room was big enough, and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Most rooms have a view of a military base, but we didn't mind because we only spent one night. The included breakfast is delicious and has more than enough to satisfy everyone's taste and appetite! To conclude, we had a good time in this hotel, except for that, do not leave your key inside the door lock in the room. If the key is left inside the lock room side, the hotel guy can't open the door. I was able to enter my room via the balcony of the neighbors! I took the risk, but it shouldn't have happened. The hotel offered us another room to sleep for the night and wait for the locksmith the day after. I preferred taking a mission impossible approach, but I acknowledged the risk and remembered leaving our patio doors a little open.

This hotel is located just over 1 kilometer from the moment cathedral, so you can walk to the city center. You can park on the street or have indoor parking. The rooms are spacious and well set and clean. The staff is professional. Breakfast is okay.
