This is a small hotel next to a beach. The beach is not very clean. The room is clean and basic. The bathroom is small but sufficient. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. Very little English spoken. The room is comfortable, sitting area in the back of the hotel.

beautiful family hotel situated in San Vincenzo beach resort. It is situated on a quiet street, just about 800 I from the city center. The hotel is actually 20 I from the beach and there is free parking right outside the door. The hosts are very polite, the breakfast is very rich.

This villa is conveniently located in a quiet residential area close to the sea 15 I to the beach. We stayed in a studio in a very clean and tastefully decorated apartment with my family for five nights. The villa is very well located close to the beach 15 I. It is a family business run by really special people. Breakfast is OK, sadly you can't serve lunch. The private beach villa is clean with fine sand, each room has an umbrella and two chairs included in the room price. Of. Vincenzo is a very clean city with a new port and a lot of shops and good restaurants. We will come back with pleasure.

This week I spent two nights here on business. The hotel was close to the beach in a terrific spot. But since it was off-season, the hotel was only partially open, my room was straightforward, tidy, and cozy. The hotel provided a good shower, free wifi, and a fridge. The brunch had a tasty selection of meats, cheese, fresh bread, fruit, and a lovely lemon cake. The hotel had a lovely outside sitting area, which would be lovely to relax in later in the year. At the end of the street is the beach. The town centre is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall a fantastic location, with pleasant owners and staff.
