We had a wonderful stay at Villa Zaccardi and felt it offered excellent value for money. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in two hours early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room with a balcony, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings thanks to the excellent restaurant downstairs. It creates a cosy, relaxed vibe that’s perfect after a day of sightseeing. The location was ideal for us, as we mainly wanted to explore western Rome, the Vatican City, Trastevere, and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend Villa Zaccardi to anyone looking for great comfort, peaceful rest, friendly service, and excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again.

Clean room, closer to other dining areas, good staff, loved their breakfast the most with many items. They even prepared boxed breakfasts when we had to leave early. The mattresses were NOT comfortable at all, however we requested to get it changed but it felt the same. Overall a good experience, may come back again.

We stayed at Hotel Villa Zaccardi and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. It is a little far from the city center, but there are tram and bus stops very close to the hotel, so transportation was convenient. The neighborhood also felt very peaceful and nice. One important thing for visitors: be careful with bus and tram tickets. We were told tickets could be bought at most kiosks, but not every kiosk sold them. We were finally able to get tickets at a metro station, but metro stations are not everywhere. During our trip, inspectors checked tickets on the bus, and we saw many people get fined for not having one. The penalty was 55 euros, so make sure you have a valid ticket before boarding.

The room was a corner unit with a very nice balcony. The staff were outstanding, the hotel was very clean, and located away from the tourist areas. Everything was easy to access via the tram, with a station right near the hotel. The restaurant, Giano, was also excellent.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Wenn auch etwas außerhalb gelegen kommt man sehr gut zu euren Sehenswürdigkeiten

Designed for comfort and convenience. Nice shower, good water pressure, bath robe and slippers, electrical outlets and reading lamps by the bed, mini fridge, windows open wide for nice fresh air and the staff was exceptionally nice. This was a wonderful stay!

Bra läge på hotellet lite utanför Rom vilket gör att det känns mer på riktigt, samtidigt lätt att ta sig in till centrum med buss/spårvagn utanför dörren. Väldigt trevliga restauranger i närområdet. Bra frukost, sköna sängar, bra service.
