Positives: clean room, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Ideal central location, beautiful roof terrace overlooking the Cathedral! Negatives: bar was not open, terrace shuts at 9:25, we were enjoying the views, sunset with our own drinks, it would have been nicer to open up later. Breakfast could have a little more choice, but was adequate. Overall: I would stay here again.

The staff are very friendly. And we really enjoyed the terrace—such beautiful views from there. The breakfast has a good variety of options. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who travels to Florence.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bedsheets were spotless. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic with great nearby attractions.However, there were a couple of inconveniences. Because the two hotels share the same building, checking in was a bit confusing, and the elevator was unfortunately broken. Having to climb up to the 3rd floor to check in was a little difficult. The management was very accommodating and gave us a complimentary breakfast buffet to make up for the inconvenience.

Lovely place! Best views of Florence, amazing staff! It served its purpose. Perfect if you’re not looking for over the top fancy but super cutesy! Traveled with my friend and enjoyed the roof top so much! Lorenzo, and Lucia were super helpful! Will be back!

This Hotel has an excellent location but it’s the staff that is incredible. When we arrived, having not received any notice from Expedia, the elevator was broken. We had to climb five floors of stairs with luggage. That was a terrible start to the check in. However, we were greeted by a wonderful person named Lucia who made us comfortable, gave us cold drinks and allowed us to relax and breathe. Almost immediately we felt better. Another staff member from the Dominican Republic who spoke several languages was absolutely helpful, personable and extremely friendly. We were given the option to change hotels to a nearby one because of the elevator issue but it was the staff’s approach that convinced us to stay. And we absolutely loved it there…breakfast on the terrace, easily located and findable after a long day of touring and eating. Clean rooms and awesome view of the Duomo. An excellent gelato place “Grom” is right outside. We forgot about that broken elevator until we returned each night and were grateful for that last boost of steps to complete our daily goal!

The staff was amazing- friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bit of a retro vibe, which I really liked. My side of the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but my partners side was. Breakfast was so good that I almost asked for recipes. And the location cannot be beat!

We loved this hotel. Breakfast was yummy. The rooftop view took our breath away. Only issue, and it was a BIG one, we had was that the life didn’t always work and the hotel is up on the 4th floor. The lift would need to be repaired permanently for us to return. We loved the staff too. Just that lift issue.

Great location! Right down the side street from the Duomo. Be sure to book by the number of PEOPLE in your room, not the number of rooms you want. Lesson learned! The rooftop is amazing!

Such a delight stsying here. The hotel looks like its out of an old Italian movie. Dont come here looking to stay at a Ramada or Hilton. Come here for the charm. Love it
