I appreciate your service. This lovely hotel is near the beach. It does have a swimming pool, but we didn't use it. The rooms were clean. It offers free parking. What I really liked is that you can take tiny bottles of water from the fridge for free. I liked the breakfast that was served until 1 am with a wide selection of food and drinks. scrambled eggs were delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We most talked with the boys at the front desk marco or Federico. English or German is not a problem.

We will definitely return and would recommend it to others. What a wonderful find! Although it is not on the Via Venetian Promenade, it still has a fantastic position. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away, and there are a few decent restaurants and bars right around the corner. This amazing pool with snacks, beer, wine, and cocktails is family owned and operated. The rooms are nice and have large balconies. Free bike rental and substantial breakfast.

We will definitely return to this place again. It has a wonderful setting. It is a warm and caring atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spotless and comfy. On the location, there is a fantastic pool. By bicycle, the beach is 2 minutes away, the center is around 10, and there are several restaurants in this area, as well as a few markets on the way to the beach. I enjoyed the silence. It was our second visit, and it was undoubtedly ideal! Having fun cycling around Lignano, we made the same decision, if we came back, we would make our decision on fra I Pink! Without a doubt, it's worth considering!.

Positives are nice staff and a great breakfast. Negatives are in the bathroom a thick layer of mold was present on the shower hose, the room we had is outdated, the beds are too short at least if your taller than 1, 80 I and the AC is noisy and does not cool if the AC is cooling, it was so minimal that you didn't notice.

The staff was amazing and very friendly, making our stay very comfortable. The swimming pool was huge and we had a lot of space to swim in it. I think the room could be renovated at some point. On the other hand, they were very isolated and we could hear everything from outside.
