The place is very impressive. With the room, it's in the best condition and has so much food too. They have a free bus pass with our stay to leave the car in the garage of the hotel. When we stayed there, the staff was very attentive and kind. Plus, the place was so good, we can go almost anywhere in the Ortesei valley.

We had a ski vacation with a large group of friends and it would have been a five star rating, but the experience with the owner who also drives the shuttle was pivotal in getting such a low rating. The task of a good host is to make his paying guests comfortable. Instead he was especially rude and confrontational. He was regularly storming into the wellness area floating like a hawk and incendiating to close the area at the smallest flaw. He even looked at one of the guests naked in the Finnish sauna with other guests. My welponer demonstrated his inability to classify as a good hotelier in various other episodes, such as his naked presence in the finnish sauna with other guests. The ski slopes are not close to the hotel, but they can be reached easily by the shuttle that is only available between schedule times 7.30-11 in the morning. Some of the rooms are really nice and modern, but our junior suite was definitely out of date, and the bathroom was modest in cleanliness despite being in decent shape. Overall, the remaining staff is attentive, and the service we received at the restaurant was firstrate. The half board menu was of a good standard and variety. Mars Welponer and her son and daughter in law are excellent hosts, hence giving the two stars otherwise the hotel should get a minus rating but they should definitely force the respective

The staff is wonderful. The grounds are spotless. My room was as clean as a whistle with incredible views. The location was ideal. We went hiking and the hikes were simple. I'm not sure what it would be like during the ski season, but I have to say that it would be amazing.

I totally recommend it! The staff is very friendly and polite, their main concern is to please and impress their guests. Everything is done with dedication, passion and consideration for details! The cuisine is delicious, especially the salad bar! The main reason I recommend this hotel is that many people come there every year for a while, so they provide excellent quality. They make improvements and renovations year on year. The rooms have new furnishings and the bathrooms are very spacious. Clean service is also excellent.

Definitely advised. We stayed here for a week in October 2020 and intend to do so again next year. The hotel is tastefully furnished and well-kept. The owners have obvious great care and pride in the attractive mix of moderntraditional appeal which they have integrated into the design, exuding comfort and quality. This includes breakfasts and meals, which were all excellent and definitely worthy of the gourmet description used in marketing. The hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the center of town Selva, and for us, looking for a quieter place that could serve as a central base for exploring Val Garden and the Sodomites, this was ideal. The area itself cannot be described, it is simply too beautiful and inspiring for words.
