I had a wonderful vacation. Driving from the airport, I was able to get a leftover toll card, but it wasn't intended, and the hotel personnel dealt with it for us, telling us what to do on the way out. On arrival, the hotel was in excellent condition, with a sat-nav, some free parking in the front, and some to pay for. All night, it was, I believe, free. The hotel has a small, secure parking area. The front desk girls were extremely effective throughout our stay, and they were extremely friendly. The locker was simple to use for those who didn't use it, and there was a refrigerator in the cupboard, so you could leave the door open. The refrigerator was far more efficient with ventilation, only two issues. One is only one outlet that can be used, and the second, there is no kettle or mugs to make hot drinks. Bathroom a nicely sized shower cubicle with excellent water flow. There is a hairdryer and a bathroom sink that is situated over the mirror. The location was excellent, across the street from the castle and approximately a 5- to 10-minute walk that passes many cafes and ice cream cake shops to the square. The information building is also close to the square. The entire race course was a brief 30-minute stroll. Breakfast that was not prepared included fruit, cereal, biscuit

We booked directly through the hotel website without any issues. Convenient location, spotless, clean, delicious breakfast. The staff were amazing! I wish every hotel had staff that were very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely recommend the zoo for anyone trying to get around on a budget and using local travel guides. In December 2017, I spent my first visit to the town and region at the hotel zoo. Even at night, when I got there, the motel was simple to find, and it was close to both local attractions like the castle and the town center. The hotel itself is nothing special, looks lovely, feels spotless, and is well-maintained, and appears to be a starred in every way. However, the personnel is outstanding. There were at least four different people behind the counter during my prolonged stay, and each one did their best to make my stay enjoyable, was extremely helpful with arrangements, guidance, and suggestions, and was constantly joking. It was an amazing experience.

In august, we stayed for two nights while visiting relatives. We were able to find the hotel easily, and there was free parking outside. The hotel personnel was excellent, extremely kind, and friendly. The room was rather modest in style, but it was spotless, and it had great air conditioning and a fridge. Neither a kettle nor a view would have been pleasant, but that was rather unexpected. The bathroom was small but immaculately clean, filled with fluffy towels and a wonderful shower! There were tons of options for brunch and was served until 10. 30. They also provide free bikes, which are fantastic to use since mole is very bike friendly. We thought it was a wonderful value for money and would certainly recommend it!.

I stayed here only for one night. The bedding was clean and there was hot water all day and night. They don't have an elevator, the furniture is old, like a time portal, so when you enter you feel in the is. Rooms are located in two separate buildings, and if you're not lucky, you'll be given a ground-floor room, so you can catch the traffic on the street at night.
