1.The receptions guys very friendly 2.The breakfast excellent, very reasonable price. 3.Room service and maid, very good. 4.Good location, near the train station, store and restaurants. 5.Competitive price. *No elevator* The neighborhood is good, but the government need to do, something with the cleaning of the area, the lights are burned and a lot of homeless.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and I was happy with my stay. I ran in to some difficulties during my stay in Naples and the hotel staff were very sympathetic and accommodating. The hotel itself is located near the train station and many attractions. There is good choices of places to eat and drink and I loved the nearby market. Outstanding experience!!!

I thought the staff to be extremely nice. All were very helpful with any questions I had, and made a special effort to help speak my language. As I was to speak theirs. All in all a pleasant experience. Also located next to train lines which helped me travel around easy and faster. Just to add this, they do have a nice breakfast at the hotel you can access, which was included with my stay. You will have to ask if included however. Sincerely, Thomas Franceschelli

The stay was comfortable. We were there for just a day. They let us check in early as we arrived a couple of hours earlier. It is next to Naples Central train station and just above the metro line. Plenty of restaurants line the street. The breakfast was very good, they had eggs, both boiled and scrambled along with breads and fruits and fresh juices. The only thing we missed was a refrigerator as it was very hot and there was no option of a fridge.

Piccolo hotel in zona strategica per visitare Napoli. Stazione treni, metropolitana e taxi a 100 mt. Ci torneremo. Forse un solo consiglio: un piccolo frigobar in camera noi l’avremmo gradito...
