위치가 좋은 편인데도 구글 있어야 찾기 쉬워요. 깨끗하고 지내기 편했는데 차 소리가 나서 좀 시끄러웠어요. 항상 비치된 음식들이 있어 좋았어요. 관광지 도보는 가능한데 좀 걸어야해요. 지도도 주고 방에 물도 비치해 주고 많이 신경쓰는 호스트가 좋았어요.

The hosts are very kind and helpful. They have given us a lot of good suggestions for exploring the city. The location of the place is very close to the historical centre, it was very convenient to go around. The room is very spacious and nice. Everything is clean and we had a really comfortable stay. The breakfast area is also very cute and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y Melina e Ivan son unos anfitriones excelentes. Nos han proporcionado un plano con todos los lugares de interes, transportes y restaurantes recomendados por ellos, todo muy completo. Ademas la habitación es espaciosa y muy arreglada, con todo lo necesario y la cocina y el desayuno muy de agradecer. Todo muy recomendable!

Hotellet är väldigt genuint och rummet var superfint med mycket högt i tak och en balkong mot gården. Hotellet ligger väldigt nära gamla stan och det finns ett parkeringshus nära som kostar 9 euro/dygn. Även om det inte var inkluderat i priset bjöd hotellet på frukost. Mycket prisvärt, vi var väldigt nöjda!

Je recommande cet hôtel Les propriétaires sont très sympas Il y a deux espaces self service pour prendre son petit déjeuner ainsi qu une grande terrasse Notre chambre était vraiment spacieuse refaite à neuf bien décorée Super salle de bain avec baignoire A 10 min à pied du centre de Palerme (quatro cuanti) Une belle adresse !

Чистый спокойный номер,стандартный ВВ,но тщательно и с любовью оформленный хозяевами.Я провел внем одну ночь и рано утром уехал, поэтому полного представления ,возможно, составить не могу,но то что я видел мне понравилось.Ненапряжное лёгкое общение при заезде и спокойное пребывание со всем необходимым.

Пребывание в мини-отеле было прекрасным. Большая светлая и чистая комната с wi-fi. Все удобства есть + бесплатные плюшки на завтрак (чай, кофе, тосты, печенки) Но самое главное - расположение мини-отеля. Все достопримечательности расположены в пешей доступности. Это очень удобно. В двух шагах рынок, театры Массимо и Политеамо, до порта 10 минут пешком, до станции Lalli тоже 10 минут. Одним словом - очень удачное месторасположение. И еще очень обрадовала доброжелательность хозяев мини-отеля. Он всегда был готов помочь! Огромное им спасибо!

We arrived by train to Palermo Centrale and, as it was very late, we took a taxi whose driver dumped us in the street. We wandered up and down and then asked some lovely young Italian men for help. They wandered about too and decided that it must be somewhere across the busy street. We eventually found it and as soon as Ivan opened the door all was well as he'd kindly waited up for us. Part of the problem for us older folks is not having working wifi. There is always wifi on Italian trains but no connection so we were unable to contact Ivan. I say this only to warn others that it's a good idea to exchange mobile numbers so that at least one can message one another. Unfortunately on that first evening Ivan couldn't accommodate my request for a quiet room and we were at the front overlooking the street and on a Saturday night it was absolutely unbearable for myself who has an aversion to noise. However, the lovely Ivan, gave us a quiet room at the back on our second night and it was peaceful, large, comfortable with a good bathroom. He also told us that he'd like to offer us a free breakfast which we helped ourselves to in a very nice area on the 2nd floor near our room. There was cereal, milk, yoghurt, bread that could be toasted, fruit, nuts etc. and it was so good to be able to eat and make a cup of tea or coffee. The hotel is perfectly placed to walk into the old town and there are some good restaurants around the corner. Thank you Ivan for your patience!
