We loved our stay here. (June 2026) 5 stars The best thing about our 4 days visiting the Lake Como/Bellagio area was the Il Perlo Panorama Hotel with restaurant. The views are fantastic, the staff & service were wonderful, the restaurant offers exceptional food with great pricing (our breakfast was included in the price of our room), and the rooms were clean and comfortable with nice amenities/toiletries. 1. The pictures of the rooms and the views are true and accurate. The hotel is up on a hill and you get the view of the entire lake with the Alps surrounding you. The sunsets are not to be missed on their restaurant veranda. We had a room with a balcony facing the north and we spent every evening there just taking it all in. 2. Staying at Il Perlo Panorama is for those who like to get away from the crowds of the touristy Bellagio town. Quiet, just the birds and the occasional cow or donkey on the local farms, very charming. There is a shuttle bus that the hotel provides that will take you back and forth to the town of Bellagio, less than a 10 minute scenic drive each way. 3. We ate at the restaurant 3 of our 4 nights for dinner. The food was that good and the pricing was better than what you find in the main town. Plus, after dinner you simply walk up to your room, sit on your balcony and drink wine. 4. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection of food, juices and coffee. 5. The staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

We’re so glad we booked this hotel! We loved having breakfast and dinner at their restaurant with the most amazing view. We had a lovely balcony on our room. 100% recommend the cooking class. Shuttles services down into town allowed us to get to and from quickly.

We booked a classic double room and it came with the most outstanding view. So outstanding that we cancelled plans to go into town for dinner, preferring to enjoy the view from the hotel restaurant. Madi could not do enough to make our very brief stay comfortable, her customer service was exemplary. The room was very basic but it was clean, good products and very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel, its far away from the chaos and noise and provides you with a very tranquil stay.

We have a very pleasant two day stay! Everything is well maintained and staff are very helpful and professional. Food is good too. We enjoyed staying with this hotel. Shuttle bus to downtown is definitely a plus.

The staff were so helpful and nice. Maddy, who checked us in, insisted upon carrying our suitcases up the stairs to our room (no elevators). She also explained all the amenities of the hotel and was incredibly competent and friendly. She and another staff member, Luca, were in charge of driving the shuttle van which took us from the hotel to downtown Bellaggio. Now for the real reason you want to stay here, the view from the hotel’s patio and restaurant are to die for! Our room also had a fabulous balcony with amazing views. The hotel’s on premises restaurant is pretty good but has a limited dining menu. The only downside to staying here is that it’s a bit of a hassle to get to downtown as you must make arrangements in advance to get the shuttle which only runs once an hour and has a maximum capacity of 6. We were traveling with my brother and his wife so there were 4 of us. The only other thing I’ll add is that this is an older property and as such, it could benefit from some upgrades especially in the rooms. The use of space could use some improvements. All that being said, we very much enjoyed our stay at Il Perlo.

Colaboradores simpáticos , café da manhã bom , várias opções , vista do quarto para o lago é um diferencial, única observação negativa é em relação a porta da sacada do quarto que não fechava por conta da posição da máquina do ar condicionado , que impedia fechar a porta, o que comprometia no amanhecer do dia , pela luz do sol clareando o quarto.

An Unforgettable Escape If you are looking for the definitive Lake Como experience, look no further this hotel has quite simply The best view I have ever seen. The moment you walk onto the terrace, it feels like you’re stepping into a postcard. The panoramic sweep of hills, the water below and the blue sky and clouds. Absolutely stunning. Service & Hospitality A view this good can sometimes make a hotel complacent, but the staff here are the true stars. From the warm greeting at check-in to the waiting staff it was such a friendly feel. They seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask, making the entire stay feel seamless and personalised. Food The breakfast included in the price was delicious, pastries, coffee, juices, yogurts, and cooked items. We dined here the 1st night due to the weather preventing us going much further and the meal was one of the best ive ever had. I would and already have recommended this hotel to others. We stayed in a room which did not have a lake view but it was clean and comfortable and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avions une suite avec une vue à couper le souffle. Seul bémol le personnel de l'hôtel ne parlait pas français (anglais quasiment). Nous avons eu des difficultés pour nous faire comprendre car certains membres n'ont fait aucun effort. Heureusement qu'il y avait deux jeunes femmes très sympathiques et à l'écoute.

Where do I start? We arrived to Il Perlo and were welcomed with a nice cocktail overlooking the most breath taking views of Bellagio! The staff was phenomenal! The family suite was perfect for four adults. It was spotless and provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hotel shuttle was so convenient to use for our trip into the lakeside town of Bellagio. If we had more days to stay at the hotel we would've booked the cooking class they have on-site which looked very fun! The breakfast that was included was perfect and our dinner was exquisite! I highly recommend Il Perlo to everyone who wants to enjoy Bellagio to the fullest!

My wife and I stayed in a terrace room (incredible views) for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Only a 5 min shuttle to the city center (free all day shuttles via the hotel), and all staff were friendly and accommodating for any planning questions. Lastly, cooking class with Chef Max is a must! We’ll be returning to this hotel someday.
