Il posto è spettacolare, situato su una collina dove si possono ammirare i bogrhi di Bevagna, Spello e Folingo ed anche Assisi. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite ed ospitalissimi! La location è situata in tantissimo verde e l'unica cosa che si riesce a sentire è... IL SILENZIO TOP

La struttura si trova in una posizione comoda per poter visitare i dintorni. Fantastica la terrazza naturale sulla quale.si trova che regala panorami stupendi . Le camere sono pulite. Ottima la colazione offerta. Gestori cordiali e mai invadenti. Assolutamente consigliato!

Posto veramente bellissimo con una incredibile vista panoramica. Questo e il posto perfetto per rilassarsi. Le camere sono spaziose ed accoglienti. C'e una piscina all' aperto e dei bei giardini. La colazione buona. Consigliatissimo!!!

My friend, his motorcycle, me, and my motorcycle. We discovered ourselves close to Montefalco and got advice about where to sleep in Bevagna with the doggie dei pettirossi. It is a fantastic and quiet farm holiday that is situated on the top of a hill, just next to the small, distinctive, and pleasant town of Bevagna, giving you the best views of the valley and all the other hills that surround it. The rooms are cozy and intimate, and the setting itself is amazing! There is an open pool surrounded by olive trees where you can even drink one of the best wines I've ever had tarantino di Montefalco, which is not cheap, about $35 per bottle, but it must be tried. The restaurant was delicious, my friend and I always had fantastic dishes. Because the costs are low, you can sleep there for 30 or 35, I can say that everything is close to perfection. It was an amazing sin for us to spend only one night there, and I will definitively advise you to go farm vacations!.

It's such a peaceful and relaxing place surrounded by nature. I particularly enjoyed both the pool and the indoor pool. There are many cute kitties around the area and very friendly. The rooms are lovely and the owner is a nice person.

Overall, it's not a terrible experience. The owners were very pleasant, and the rooms were cozy. Yet, the prevailing rule in Italian hotels on high ground is that there is no air conditioning. This is not a problem most nights, but it can be difficult to beat the heat. Although the pool was beautiful, the jacuzzi and sauna below the pool seem to be in need of cleaning. Lovely view of the valley below and the town of Bevagna. But to get to Bevagna you either have to call a cab or walk about a mile down the hill. On the way down, it's not too difficult, but returning at night can be a little challenging. Breakfast was good. I would conceivably stay here again, but I'd look at some of the other options in the old town of Bevagna.

We stayed for two nights as part of a cycling holiday. fantastic view and with a view like this this hotel could make much more of itself! The restaurant is lovely and I think the main business is. The food was excellent but one night we ate there we were the only people in the restaurant which was a bit daunting but we had the best table! Rooms are very basic, for me the room was too dark. Also it could have been better ventilated and felt a bit musty. Nice pool, but the pool area was very crowded. Marco the owner is friendly and helpful. Grounds could use a tidy up, both room decor and grounds made it feel a little neglected.

A beautiful pool, wonderful location for me. High in the hills with amazing views of Tuscan valley. An easy drive to assist with a number of wineries andcantinas in the area. The rooms aren't flashy, but good value for money. If we are in the area, we would definitely return. Wifi only in the restaurant.

Un agriturismo con splendida vista, sulle colline vicino a Bevagna. Spartano nelle camere e nel servizio. Bella la sala della colazione tutta a vetrate. Colazione un po' misera nell'offerta. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
