We will undoubtedly return! Our husband and I had the good fortune to visit some of the top hotels around the globe, and Il Serene is a close match for the top spot. It is situated in the most ideal lakeside setting I believe all rooms have a lake view, but this is essential! The staff is incredibly attentive, smiley, and welcoming. Nothing is too great to hold you back. The food was outstanding, and they had recently been awarded their Michelin star the night we arrived. Breakfast was plentiful, with a varied menu that allows you to choose as many items as you like, lunch and dinner were excellent. Pretty extravagant but delicious with breathtaking lake views. There is also the spa, which has a private jacuzzi, steam, and sauna, which you can schedule for an hour, which is both completely private and gorgeous. A heated pool that can be utilized all year long is also available. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

It was a pleasure staying in one of the top hotels possible. This amazing hotel provides a memorable experience to the very fortunate visitors because of it's unrivaled position, which essentially hovers over a stunning lake, exquisite decoration, and a powerful atmosphere of calm and tranquility. Our stay was practically perfect thanks to management, except for a few minor service and attention issues that were professionally acknowledged and resolved. It is pricey, but it delivers value for the money. Definitely highly suggested. Stay there if you can!.

Our group had a lovely time at Il tranquil. The hotel is able to stand out and blend in with the hills of Lake Como while still remaining in the neighborhood. Apart from the beautifully manicured gardens and contemporary architecture, the hotels service was first-rate. Inquiring about any reservation or detail outside the hotel was a seamless experience, while any internal activity was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and beverages at Il Seen. Bartenders created old-fashioned drinks with a new twist, and Mateo's restaurant was fantastic. Although the restaurant management was new at the time of our stay, it was clear that the waiters, waitresses, and chefs worked together to make it a wonderful experience for its guests. The meals tasted and looked lovely, it's obvious that the chefs truly care about their food and that it shows in the presentation and freshness of the food. I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough!.

Ive had the good fortune to stay in a few good hotels, but il serene sets the bar above all the other hotels I have seen. It is perfect. The design, the facilities, the staff, the location, and the lake itself work in perfect harmony. We will return and probably many times!

This hotel is absolute perfection in terms of architecture and interior design. It is stunningly beautiful. If you enjoy modern architecture and interior design, it is absolutely gorgeous. The service is also excellent. I typically don't drink drinks, so I asked the bartender to recommend which one of the two I picked would be the best. He made both, instructed me to taste them and pick one, and only charged me for the one I chose. The personnel is warm, friendly, and attentive. The general manager is a treasure. My daughter and I stayed for seven nights and are returning relaxed and rejuvenated.
