Cristian was very helpful during our check-in. He even got into the car with me and helped me find a nearby parking place during the busy time we arrived. Thanks a lot! Also there is a bakery and lots of other food shops just around the corner of the hotel.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. The location couldn’t be better. Next to everything and the room was very soundproof. The room was very clean the bed was very good.

Property was clean and lovely. Service was top notch. Parking was a bear but we were instructed to bring the car close to unload luggage, the two employees helped carry our luggage to our room and the owner went out of his way to personally find a parking space for our car. The extra water bottles and snacks in the apartment were appreciated!

Die Unterkunft ist an einer super Lage. Besser geht es fast nicht. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Dom, Restaurants, See, Cafeteria, Schopping Das Personal super freundlich. Gehen wir sicher wieder

Sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Die Suite mit 2 Räumen und 40m2 reicht problemlos aus für einen Kurzaufenthalt einer 5-köpfigen Familie. Die Suite war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles in Gehdistanz erreichbar.

In Riva al Lago was easy to find and close to many restaurants and shopping in Como. Marta was helpful getting us checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were happy to have AC and a fan to cool us off during hot weather.

I stayed in the Double Bedroom on the second floor. Zero hassle, it is super clean, ample breakfast items, 2 double glazed windows so there is no sound from the street, aircon cold, private toilet and shower very clean. It is a room inside and area where there are other rooms as well like the 4 person room so the only noise will be from other people in that area.

This property is a good location to explore Como. The rooms have everything you need for your stay, tea and coffee making facilities and a selection of snacks. Remember to book a parking space if driving as parking is limited.

Excellent séjour en tous points ! L'hôtel est idéalement placé, à quelques mètres du lac et du terminus Como Lago de la petite ligne ferroviaire qui rejoint Milan en 1h. Il est aussi à proximité immédiate de nombreux restaurants et du funiculaire de Brunate. Notre chambre était grande, parfaitement insonorisée et confortable, avec de quoi préparer un petit déjeuner rapide. Mario a été un hôte exceptionnel, en nous donnant beaucoup d'informations sur la ville, mais aussi en acceptant de garder nos bagages toute la journée de notre départ, malgré un horaire théorique du checkout à 10h. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation cet hôtel !
