Booking this place, I can assure you that our friends will be happy because they made us happy, I really appreciate them. Cristina and her husband were wonderful! We traveled from Australia for a wedding and met friends. Cristina helped us with everything from finding a babysitter to lunch locations for pre-wedding luncheons, dropping fresh local cheese and meats every day, and maybe some local sparkling wine. When a friend became sick, she even answered an early morning phone, helped us find a hospital, and offered to come and translate. If you're looking for a local to help you out, this is the woman to go to! Then, the house! This is a lovely remodeled four-story dove coat. Well thought out and planned. She has done a fantastic job of balancing simplicity with some lovely local touches such as hand-embroidered hand towels and Italian linen bed linen. Although we reserved the entire house, it was organized enough to have it all to yourself! And everything was spotless! The location is also excellent, which is right on the river, a stone's throw from the town wall, and has a view of the castle. We went everywhere for coffee, shop, run, play areas, castle, and dinner on the main street. I just hope we can find another excuse to return to save for a stay at this i!.
