Great lodging: clean room;; comfortable bed; fantastic showe; best location in town to base yourself at if you are a solo traveler touring the Bari region or just staying in Polignano. THE TWO LADY OWNERS (mom and daughter) and front desk staff person are wonderful and react immediately to your needs. Been in Italy three weeks and stayed in some nice places but La Perla is the best in terms of value and quality. Plus the place is almost brand new.

Although there is not a person at the front desk except for arrivals, the host was always available, and keen to help, via whatsapp. The rooms are just like in the photos: very modern, stylish, and new. The location is handy to the train station, and just a brief stroll to the old town and famous cliffs. Lovely!

We loved this room and the location and can’t say enough good things about it. First, the location was great for us. It was a couple short blocks from the train station and a short walk to the main square area. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and you are a couple blocks off of the noisy and crowded tourist area. Since we wanted to do day trips on the train and also wanted to see Polignano a Mare, it was a great location. The room was big, modern, and clean. It was furnished nicely and had a coffee maker which came in handy. The bathroom was spacious and clean and everything we needed. Check-in was easy and the host was super communicative before we arrived and made sure we had all the information we needed to find the apartment and check in. The person who checked us in, Valeria, was super sweet and very professional. She answered all of our questions about the apartment and Polignano a Mare. If you want a great place to stay in Polignano a Mare, this is definitely a great option.

The place does not look too good from outside but the interior is remodeled and in top shape. Rooms are big and AC works great. It might take a while to find a parking spot. Walking distance to the beach and to the tourist area, it was a very nice stay.

Excelente opção perto de tudo, inclusive da praia e de bons restaurantes, da para fazer a pé, quarto novo e reformado recomendo para quem está vindo de outra região e está sem veículo, tem estacionamento e é pago com um preço alto por dia, único ponto que poderia ser melhor.
