I love this location! The room was perfect and every staff member was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices. This is my favorite place to stay in Florence.

Excelente ubicación cerca de la estación de trenes y de las atracciones de la ciudad. Viajamos en familia y las habitaciones eran agradables y muy limpias. El desayuno buffet tiene opciones limitadas pero suficiente para complementar tu platillo de la mañana. Los detalles como la salita de estar con decoración navideña con música tenue agradable, los aromatizantes delicados por varias áreas comunes y de las habitaciones, el agua de cortesía, hicieron de nuestra estancia muy amena. El único inconveniente que le veo es que no hay manera de controlar la temperatura de la habitación, en diciembre se sentía un poco fría. La amabilidad del personal también era destacable. Sí recomiendo este hotel.

Muy cercano a todo lo que hay que ver en Florencia, en un are muy tranquila y con muchas opciones para comer y pasar el rato. El hotel en general con todos los servicios necesarios y limpieza adecuada. Cerca a la terminal del tren a pie, muy util.

Very nice hotel, rooms and staff. The only negative is the elevator only goes to 2nd floor. Third floor guest have to drag luggage up a very long flight of stairs, so request a lower floor if you can't do luggage up stairs Loved the hotel and staff and rooms.

The hotel was great, rooms comfortable and clean. The breakfast and service was excellent too, once we could find the hotel 😂 The entrance was hard to find, there is a large brown door with a small sign on the side and no other indication that its a hotel. The address takes you to the right corner, but number 12 is not visible. I even asked a hotel doorman right across the street and he sent me a block away. Time to buy a bigger sign board or put it on the doors 😇

Esta localizado en una ubicación donde de puedes ir caminando a todos lados, es exelente y la atencion de primera. Definitivamente que la recomiendo. It's located within walking distance of everything, it's excellent, and the service is top-notch. I definitely recommend it.

Great hotel, only a 10 minute walk from the main train station. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and well fitted. Breakfast was really good too. Highly recommend.
