This hotel has a very good location, just a short train ride from Florence. The owners were quite helpful in accommodating all our requirements. The surroundings were nice.

The terrazza, which trpadvisor describes as a hotel, is located on the top floor of a contemporary grey apartment building just south of the train station. Because there are no signs outside, it is not so simple to find. So, write down the address in case you want to inquire about it or utilize your satnav. Just locate the door and ring the bell on the ground floor. A very gentle Italian man walks you about the procedure and explains how the kitchen is used for breakfast. In our situation, the nearby piazza was also suggested to us. The room is spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The terrace on the top of the roof, which we did not utilize, is the primary attraction. Breakfast is simple and precisely what you need. We made some water in a pan for tea because we did not have a cooker. This place offers excellent value for the little wage employed.

Like other reviews, this is not a romantic vacation location. Nonetheless, the price is excellent here and you are not dinging it, rather, going to La Terrazza. There are three rooms: red, blue, and green. I'd only mention the green room but was a good size for an i, the bed was comfy, the air conditioning was effective, and a nice bathroom with a decent shower and bidet. Breakfast is limited and consists of croissants, cookies, yoghurts, and cereals, so it's not ideal for people with specific dietary requirements. However, you are welcome to use the pots and pans to prepare your own breakfast and store your food in the refrigerator. It's nice to have the option to prepare for yourself and not have to wash up when a cleaner arrives to do this. The landlord, Leonardo, and the landlady are all charming, and the top terrace is also a wonderful place to have your morning coffee.

It was a great place to stay, it was just what we needed after a day trip to Florenz. Despite the fact that the room wasnt ready yet, the host was pleasant and easy to speak with. He allowed us to check early and leave our bags so we could get to Florenz. The room is connected to a bathroom, shares a common corridor and breakfast space with a few other rooms, and has a common hallway and breakfast area. The space was tidy and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of cereal, croissants, yogurt, juice, and cappuccino, and it was convenient to have in the morning. Overall, a pleasant stay. The location was in a residential area and appeared to be fairly safe. We walked 30 minutes to the train station to take the train into Florence to take the train. Around 8 o'clock when we returned, we didn't feel the safest walking the 12 miles back to the apartment. There were some suspicious individuals near the train station and some drunk locals outside bars that cat called us. Im sure it was harmless, but that was the least safe we felt during our time in Italy. Id park near the station or return before dark in the future. There was no air conditioning in the apartment, but we didn't need it. You could open the screened door, but the streets outside were a lot noisy. So, during

As it is in an ancient apartment block, the be has a rather boring atmosphere. It was a pleasant encounter. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, the breakfast is adequate, the landlady is friendly, and the terrace is what you were promised. There are actually three of them: one on the roof, one in the kitchen, and one in the room. The area is uninteresting, but the city center is 1520 away and not too far from the train station.
