This hotel is in a perfect location to visit Palermo. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the terrace is delicious with very nice views. The staff allowed us to store our luggage due to our late flight that day. Much appreciated!

The staff were great! Except, they have very limited hours that they're on-site so coordination needs to be done if you're planning to arrive late or check-out early or need assistance outside of the 1:00 to 4:00 hours. There isn't an elevator, so the walk-up to the 3rd floor with luggage is something to consider if you're arriving outside of their operating hours. The Front Desk manager was super helpful (and very strong) as he carried suitcases for 4 of the people in our group at the same time!! The location is great -- just 2 blocks from the main intersection in the historic district and close to everything.

We could not have picked a better location. where we walked was almost entirely closed to traffic. staff was outstanding. Vito was our hotel tour guide showing us on our map where we needed to go.. Roof top breakfast was memorable.

Good hotel in great location. Plenty of restaurants literally around the corner. Breakfast on the roof terrace was nice (continental - juice, cereal, cold meats/cheese. Coffee/Tea. I was told that the lift will be installed by December.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is amazing, everything is accessible by walk. The hotel itself is really nice, the room is beautiful as well as the view of the terrace. I’d definitely go back again.

The room was tidy and spacious with a big bathroom. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They sent us parking suggestions and made sure that our car was whitelisted for the limited traffic zone (ZTL). Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was nice, but nothing too special.

We had an amazing stay here. We were greeted at the entrance by Emiliano who grabbed our bags and brought them upstairs. Barbara was very friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was going to be top notch and also making recommendations for places to eat in the area (which were all great). The rooms were clean and offered everything we needed - including a small water heater and instant coffee. That may not sound like much but it was tremendous for us. We wake up well before anywhere serves coffee. All previous stays around Italy didn’t offer this so that extra touch meant at lot. There is a rooftop area that offers breakfast and has spectacular views of Palermo. The property was pretty much central to all areas we wanted to explore - and we walked to all of them. Where else in th world can you go to a square and listen to live opera singing while enjoying food, gelato, etc? It was right around the block! Our last morning we had to leave at 5am to catch a flight. Barbara set up our ride and also made a to-go breakfast for us. We can’t thank Barbara and Emiliano enough for our incredible stay. We honestly highly recommending the property!

The husband & wife owners are a delight. We are from the US and stayed at their property in 2023 and made sure to return in 2026.

Et fint centralt sted med en god service. Fantastisk udsigt på øverste etage, hvor morgenmaden serveres.
