The hotel is in a pleasant location and very close to the water. The city is quite small, so the location is ok if you want to be in Castle San Pietro terms. I was just staying one night on my way to my next meeting. The hotel is simple but clean and the rooms are pretty good. The hotel was very friendly and helpful. A few of them speak very limited English but everyone still made an effort to help. There was internet access included and the bed was comfortable so no real complaints. The hotel delivered as promised because the price was also very low. I had to leave early so didn't have time to have breakfast but I had dinner at the restaurant and it was good so breakfast is probably ok.

This is a peaceful family run hotel. The staff are friendly and clean. Great parking facilities, only 20 minutes drive from the mole center, also good to see the races. They also offer breakfast. A few minutes away from a little town with beautiful restaurants.

The hotel is surrounded by trees and is close to the aqueduct. To get to the hotel on foot, it takes about 30 minutes. I stayed at the hotel for a week in November, then twice in January, I always had a different room, but they were all identically clean and nice. The staff is incredibly kind, always cheerful, always kind, and ready to assist. I had trouble understanding how to turn on the heating, but without fans, and the front desk staff immediately went with me to my room, explaining that they could, however, increase their English a little. There weren't many pastries, bread, or juices on the breakfast table, but there were enough pastries, bread, and juices to satisfy the morning hunger. Oh, and when you ask for a cappuccino, you get a genuine cappuccino because there are no selfservice machines with poor coffee. The hotel room was spotless and neatly furnished. Nice mattress and ample hangers for your clothing. The hotel guests get authentic cuisine, prepared with the care that hotel guests deserve. If you have trouble understanding some of the ingredients, they don't hesitate to rush to the kitchen and show you a sample.

I have stayed in Bologna city center many times and thought about seeking somewhere closer to my meeting. This motel was recommended and I was a little apprehensive because of the low rate compared to city center rates. What a find. Not flashy but friendly and has everything you need, including good food. Tranquil and ideal if you have an hour or two to catch up on a little work
