If you don't need a bar or restaurant (we don't), this is a perfect place. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed (we needed the air-conditioning, which worked a treat), and very clean. The staff on reception are superb: extremely helpful, friendly, with very good English. And wonderful views from the roof terrace!

Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from "remote" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value

Very easy check in and the apartment was very clean and close to everything in Verona. You can walk to everything. We walked from and back to the train station in about 25 minutes each way, but there are also buses and taxis. Will definitely stay here again. It was our best stay in Italy.

This was my second stay in this hotel as this is a good location within walking distance to the sights. Excellent rooms with free coffee / drinks on each level. Staff also more than helpful with questions and suggestions. Overall more than happy to recommend the Lady Verona hotel !!

La ragazza alla reception era molto gentile, il bagno in camera era enorme, e il panorama dal terrazzo sul tetto del palazzo era proprio spettacolare!!!

Localizado no limite da ZTL. Ficamos numa opção com 2 quartos e 2 banheiros e foi muito bom. Nenhum banheiro era no quarto. Camas boas. Cozinha bem pequena, suficiente para café da manhã simples. Não falta água quente, pois tem aquecedor exclusivo para o apartamento. O hotel está na ponta da região histórica e turística. Para qualquer ponto turístico bastava andar sempre na mesma direção. Como a região histórica é pequena, é possível acessá-las a pé. O hotel oferece vaga de garagem, que fica a uns 200 ou 300 metros. Foi complicado chegar de carro porque tem muita ZTL e faixas exclusivas de ônibus e táxi. Se andar nelas, é multado.

Loved it. Was like being in your own apartment. Had tea and coffee facilities on each floor, it was by the river, short walk to arena, had a rooftop terrace with a lovely view. Supermarket over bridge ( good one). Definitely recommend a stay here. First on list to stay if I come back.

We had very spacious room ( actually two rooms as a suite). Liked everything. The windows are overlooking the street, so during the day it is a bit noisy if you keep windows open. But we closed them for the night, and it did not bother us. The beds were comfortable!
